There should be a homeowners association with rules and regulations for the community. A montjly fee is a must for maintenance.
from what i understand, right now, Phirst Park homes still manages all monthly maintenance fees as there is still no homeowners association as the development is not even 50% complete. as for the issue of the 1st floor being converted for business purposes, so far at least in Batulao, there is still no store, salon, convinience store and from what i understand, it is prohibited although i have seen in other PPH areas with a proper home owner's association, it is allowed or maybe illegally being used.
