I watched this twice, but could only like it once. Every time I look at it I think, I made it too big, no wait, too small. Won't be able to tell until it's in my mitt I suppose. Have you started a pouch yet, I may have to chat to you if you haven't. Cheers buddy.👍

Napoleon Hill's Thought for the Day:
A friend is one who knows all about you and still respects you.
A true friend is a priceless gift. When we reveal our hopes, our dreams, and our deepest secrets to others, and they still like and respect us, such people are to be cherished. All too often, the only reason others wish to spend time with us-to be our friends-is because of what they perceive we can do for them, not the other way around. A real friendship is reciprocal, one in which each friend benefits equally.
You can earn the friendship of others by being the kind of person who deserves respect from friends. When others look up to you, it should make you even more conscious of the responsibility you have to treat them with the same respect you would like them to afford you.

Napoleon Hill's Thought for the Day:
Friendship needs frequent expression to remain alive.
We are all human with frailties, foibles, and insecurities. We each need to be appreciated for the uniqueness that makes us individual, and we need to be told that we are appreciated. Maintaining friendships requires effort and persistent expression, both in word and deed. Tell your friends often how much you appreciate them. Remember occasions that are important to them. Congratulate them upon their achievements. Most important of all, let them know that you are there for them whenever they need you.

Napoleon Hill's Thought for the Day:
Friendship recognizes faults in friends, but does not speak of them.
True friendship acknowledges imperfections, accepts them as part of our individual makeup, and focuses on our positive aspects instead of expounding upon our faults. Your friends don’t like you to comment upon their failings any more than you like them to criticize you. When your friends are discouraged or disappointed in themselves, a word of encouragement will serve much better than a sermon.
To be the kind of friend you would like to have, be a good listener, offer advice when you are asked for it, and treasure the trust that your friends have placed in you. Praise them for their achievements and sympathize when they fall short, but avoid offering “constructive criticism” or playing devil’s advocate. Most of us expect more from ourselves than anyone else ever would, and we are painfully aware of our shortcomings. We don’t need to be reminded of them by our friends.

    Making Adjustments
So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:16-18
Is what you’re doing now getting you where you want to be? If not, then it’s time for some changes. Yes, change can be frightening and difficult. Yet it is immensely more desirable than continuing to put your effort into going where you don’t want to go. Most likely, some things you’re now doing are working and some things are not. It will pay you enormously to figure out which are which. Achievement is a moving target, and conditions are constantly changing. So regularly adjusting your approach is necessary to a successful life. Even the most skillful captain must make adjustments in the ship’s course along the way. An important part of reaching your destination is recognizing when you’ve strayed off the path and then finding a way to get back on it. Take a good look at where you’re headed, honestly, objectively, and with the intention of making whatever adjustments are necessary. Keep yourself pointed toward the goal, and your actions will surely take you there.
Father in heaven, today we are learning how to make adjustments. Sometimes life changes in ways we don’t expect, plans change, obstacles arise and we have to adjust. Thank You that even amongst all this, You are always the same! Show us areas we that have gotten off course in our lives and help us make the adjustments we need to get back on course. In Jesus name, AMEN!
I can’t change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.

Napoleon Hill's Thought for the Day:
A good fisherman goes out of his way to bait his hook with what the fish prefer-which might not be a bad tip for those who wish to succeed in human relationships.
Just as in a conversation it’s a good idea to listen more than you talk, it is also wise in relationships to think about the well-being of others more than you think about your own wishes and desires. When you constantly strive to treat others in the same way you would like them to treat you, you become a person whom others like to be around, one who commands their respect, confidence, and loyalty.
When you learn to manage emotions and your ego, and when you learn to always consider the needs and desires of others, it is inevitable that you will “bait your hook” with kindness and consideration, and catch more friends than you can count.

    Quote from New Life newsletter:
Why Do You Gotta Be so Rude?
A soft and gentle and thoughtful answer turns away wrath, but harsh and painful and careless words stir up anger. Proverbs 15:1
There is never any advantage to be gained by being rude. No one will think more highly of you, no one will be persuaded by rudeness, and it won’t prove a thing. The main thing rudeness will do is grab control of your words and actions away from you. Rudeness will cause you to say and to do things that are in no one’s interest. When you are confronted with the rudeness of another, you have the opportunity to contribute positive value to the situation. Choose to respond with sincere respect and to show how truly polite you can be. Being polite and respectful won’t always improve the situation, but it will always leave you with no regrets, knowing that you put your best face forward. And it will give you a distinct advantage should you happen to encounter the same person again. Instead of engaging in a contest to prove how petty you can be, seek to demonstrate how reasonable, understanding and in control you truly are. When the urge to be rude comes over you, redirect that intense energy toward a positive end for all concerned. You always can choose to be in control. The more often you make that choice, the more life will unfold to your liking.
Father in heaven, God of all peace and patience, help us to slow down when we are frustrated or fuming over something that has happened. Lord, help us to be gentle with our answers, bringing peace and being polite. When we are tempted to be rude or to use careless words, help us to remember they only stir up trouble. Holy Spirit, season our words with salt so our words aren’t rude but, lift others up instead. In Jesus name, AMEN!
Be the type of person you want to meet.
