si vede che ha esperienza, se usa solder balls PB allora dura il reballing. A 230 gradi doveva starci qualche secondo in piu' per fonderle molto meglio...ma penso che duri....

Esto es inaudito, si las marcas se pusieran manos a la obra y pusieran sockets de igual forma que los micros ó memorias ram y una buena refrigeración no tendríamos estos problemas, ya que siempre es lo mismo consumismo, si dejáramos de comprar estos dichosos portátiles y solo compráramos los que realmente nos dieran una fiabilidad al respecto, veríamos el cambio, una muestra de ello en algunos Acer la gráfica viene en socket tipo ram, alienware uno de los mejores portátiles que existen.
Sadly this was no test...what about shaders, what about a long time run? what about doing specific graphic application?...does it overheat? does it melt my pc?...crap this is. One can do this for youself but I would not like to buy this stuff.
Where I live the reballing is as expensive as my graphics card (GTX 550ti). I believe that in almost all posible cases the process isn´t worth it. High end hardware never needs it and lower end hardware is sometimes cheaper than reballing.

why there is a sensor K in the bottom and no other on the top (next touching the BGA surface or lateral surface?)
so you can check if the reflow will reach 220 degrees celsius and up. That's the minimum temperature required to let the solder melt
