Discipline equals freedom. My discipline has been mostly self imposed. I’ll start the weekly accountability thing with a buddy. Thanks Noah for keeping your discipline that we can get to learn from you 🙏
Discipline is great but make sure to treat yourself nicely. I would always tell myself "I'm full of shit" because I thought my actions weren't aligned to the ambitions that I had for myself. This put me in a state of always being upset and sensitive.
Thank you for the video Noah. Love it. I have such an annoying problem. I’m NEVER discipline for as long as I should. I start things “30 pushups every day, no bread, no sugar, daily tasks…” but for some reason I just let it go without even realizing I did. It bothers me a lot because I know that if I was more consistent in life I would really be much more successful. So… for some reason, consistency, which is the most important thing, I think, for success, is THE HARDEST thing for me and I just can’t seem to find a way to “fix” it. Not sure how many comments you read and if you think you have an advise on that but it felt good to share. I’ll share every day! Just kidding :). Hoping you have some kind of extra wisdom for me. Have an awesome flight (you probably already landed).
Discipline is much needed to reach your goals. Go challenge yourself, examine these strategies and get proud of yourself. Super motivational video, man. 👍
Uncle Noah always bringing great value. I find I struggle with remaining focused on a single project. I get shiny new object syndrome haha. I took your advice from a previous video of writing down what needs to be accomplished on a notepad and keeping it nearby. It's really helped to remind myself as to what i'm trying to accomplish. Thank you as always!
I've been really lazy lately, shooting vlogs and not editing them. with the constant partying, the beach... but now, I'm back to the hustle. I'm doing what you told me a couple months ago, making 100 videos then getting back at you
I love it, Noah. I 100% agree that satisfaction and happiness are most easily realized by doing hard things. I'm currently on Day 10 of 75Hard, and the transformation (mentally especially) has already been powerful.
Feeling in your elements, feeling good, that's what is all about. That boost of good feeling and hormones runs at the body will help a lot to be fulfilled. Thanks for reminding Noah, I love your channel.
This video is absolutely what I needed! 🔥 Thanks Uncle Noah! ✊ I've been trying to figure out a way to make myself more disciplined and I feel like I pushed myself towards becoming self-disciplined rather than embracing myself to become more self-disciplined. Like, making self-discipline part of me. I want to build a lot of new habits in my life and I've failed to do them for months, but now I'm practicing myself to start building one habit at a time and doing it continuously for 21 days, and then start building the next one and so on.
That's some great advice. I'll start implementing these techniques and hold myself accountable and see where do I land in 6 months. Thank you so much Noah! Appreciate it. P.S. I hope you enjoyed watching Don :P
Content looks great brother. Tips are 🔥 - for me I only feel happy when I'm in a discipline track and for me it's not easy to be disciplined. Too much comfort is uncomfortable.
Fun Fact 😃, at the end of the day it's you alone that can and will motivate yourself. We can only equip you with the tools to begin that process but the secret ingredient is yourself.
No no i am lazy whst cured me was reading the one thing, (tim ferriss show episode with gary keller and richard koch, and the blogpost productivity advice for the neorotic
Love this. Would be great to see a list of all the different 'challenges' that you're doing, and how you're fitting them into your schedule? Such as the push-up challenge and the journalling Monday through Friday that you mentioned.
I do navy seal burpees EVERY DAY, uncle Noah; if you want a more complete body workout, switch to navy seal burpees next year (after you crush your 75k push-up goal :D)
So much respect for Noah as a person. Late in the video, he slightly pulls back in his excitable voice when he talks about his rolex. He knows its not something relatable to us, but it was his most personal example. Dude, you deserve everything you have.
very inspiring :) good idea with not watching tv until the weekend, I will try it too :) to be honest I used to read in bed, before I went to sleep and was asking myself the whole time how do you manage it to read that many books :D
How would you go about getting the right ''fit'' with an accountability buddy? I feel like if you don't have a personal connection with the person you don't feel as accountable, and is it better to find someone you pay?
Makes sense. I just see it now and you are right about doing something easy is not satisfying. I just realized that in everything I was doing. Great help Noah. I will work on this self-discipline and be intentional. Thanks to your self discipline in making this video at 11:30pm.
Discipline sets you class apart because it sets your focus upon yourself. Most people's focus is on outside world all the time. Discipline makes you focus on yourselves.
Noah has a tremendous amount of self-discipline and work ethics. It takes hard work, belief in yourself and most important the self-discipline to reach your goals and desires which he has. Noah has accomplished more in his young lifetime than anyone can imagine. He is highly motivated and it is because he will do the hard steps/work to make his dreams come true. You missed a great video but it is not surprising because your name says it all!!!!!!!
Love the Setup and the message behind this video on Discipline. I've been pushing my discipline by reading 30 minutes a day a book. Thanks for your advice, uncle @Noah Kagan

You gotta do full range push-up Noah!
Agreed. That vid was sad. Tonight’s will be better!

Love the hustling you still do even though you don’t have to. Thanks for all the amazing content your share.
Hear ya. It’s more rewarding than the easy stuff.
Keep up the great content. Thanks Uncle Noah!
I’m not sure you realize how much value this video has just added to me. Such a treasure, thanks for this.
Hey Uncle Noah, I recommend watching PK for your next movie night. 😉

This is just a blessing in disguise by Uncle Noah. I am a top notch Procastinator, Maybe this thing would help me to get going.
Bro your push ups are wrong and will lead to bad posture MIND IT and also go though full range of motion

One question, Do you just not eat or do you not drink a swell ?
Thanks for this video. Self discipline for yourself is key. Challenge yourself and do it for you 🙏🏻
Great advice - Stop being lazy!
Lazy can be a great thing. Pushes you to figure out how to be more efficient.
There is never enough hours in a day. If I got done everything that I would like/need to then I would get no sleep.
Awesome content! I do pushups too! Very healthy!
Who recommended you DON 😂
Watch zindagi na milegi dobara...

I like your discipline to say pew pew every time at the end of the vid

Where's the best place I can send you a personal thank you email Noah? Have been wanting to do that for a long time!
it's not a bad option to only eat 2 times a day, but the skipped meal should be at night so you eat breakfast and lunch
Whatever works for each person. Works for me (: only do the fast once a week
Noah, love you, bro! Could you do a vid with your pictures - from your earliest to the recent? And tell a sentence about each?
