How to setup Dtella in Windows

This Video is meant for IIITH Students only. It is a small tutorial which shows how to setup Dtella for file sharing purposes inside IIITH Campus.
Steps:
Visit: github.com/ffledgling
Download and install latest release.
Install a direct connect client.
Setup dc client. Connect to localhost:7314
Done!

When i run Dtella it gives and error in the dtella.exe.log stating the error as pasted in pastebin.com/hAqx2yb8 .... What could be the solution for this?

The ip which worked for me is 127.0.0.1:7314
