    For anyone struggling, this may help.
    1: Make sure the object that controls the PP object has the layer set to PP (or whatever you named it.)
    2: make sure you create a layer in the main camera called PP.
    3: Make sure IsGlobal is on.
    4: some people say you need to put the PP object into the camera, I didn't have to, but try it.
    Note, these are not in order, its just a list that may solve your issue(s). Have a nice day :)

      Haha, I'm glad you think so. I just have questions that subscribers have asked and I try and get through them when I can. This was one of those. Due to making a horror game myself, I feel as if it's something people like to know! :D

  • @Wenedi
    @Wenedi Год назад +5

    I'd love to see you come up with a course on creating an environment such as this. Gives me strong P.T. vibes and my feebly character artist mind struggles with figuring out how environments are made these days :D
    I'd be willing to pay for it if it were of such quality as the house in this video.

    • @SpeedTutor
      @SpeedTutor  Год назад +1

      It does take a hell of a lot of effort to create an environment from scratch like this, if you're modelling it yourself. What about if you bought a pack similar to this and used it in your creations? :)

    • @Wenedi
      @Wenedi Год назад +4

      @@SpeedTutor I'd totally buy it but I would love to actually learn how to do it myself as well, it's more fun that way :D
      Unfortunately most online courses for environments are quite low quality ;-;

    • @SpeedTutor
      @SpeedTutor  Год назад +3

      I'll see what I can do but creating environments without bought assets is a pretty long and drawn out process, so it's hard to get people engaged with that. If you appreciate what I'm saying :)

    • @Wenedi
      @Wenedi Год назад +2

      @@SpeedTutor yeah, that's probably why there aren't many courses covering anything too advanced. Even at Uni they don't teach you how to actually make the stuff look good which I found quite disappointing :D Gotta research everything yourself...

    Hi, I'm doing a game jam and this video is perfect for me, thanks for making it. Do you remember what Render Pipeline you used for this? I saw both HDRP and URP in your asset folder so I couldn't quite deduce it myself haha.

    @SpeedTutor Hey, is it possible to use this Post Processing Package to URP projects? I've noticed there is a default post processing in my project (I guess it's URP related) but it lacks some effects that the package has. The default PP works fine, but I can't get the PP from the package to work in any way...

    • @SpeedTutor
      @SpeedTutor  2 месяца назад

      Which effects is it missing? I'll give you some pointers, as most of them are available in URP but they're often hidden. Haha.

      @@SpeedTutor I was looking for ambient occlusion but I found it inside the urp renderer as an option. So the method you re showing on the video is only available for hdrp projects ? Just wondering because I've tried everything to make it work and I'm curious if it's because of my renderer or I missed something !
