Hi darling, I'm not one to usually comment but I felt it was my duty as a New Yorker to tell you that the thing to get at Wo Hop is their wonton soup. My family and I would literally pop in just to take home quarts of the soup. :)
I grew up going to Oakland’s Chinatown for my Chinese food w my dad growing up. I now live in Vegas but this video made me miss my dad and reminded me of all those great memories. Thank you Taylor ❤
I’m 69 years old and just wanted to tell you what an amazing young woman you are, with your illnesses you endure and keep fighting to have the best life ever, your such an inspiration to me. I love watching your videos. Praying for you always to keep you safe and healthy. You truly are a blessing.🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🥰
So fun! One day I want to move to Brooklyn so I'm taking notes! Also, I know it can be uncomfortable to share but I always appreciate how you tell your viewers about both the good and bad moments you have. Maybe it's counterintuitive, but the more honest your vlogs are the more I can see how you're cherishing life despite the bad moments, and that energy is contagious!
As a fellow chronic pain sufferer, my heart goes out to as you struggle!! And, I celebrate your wins when they happen!! Always love your content!! Blessings to you, Taylor!!✌🏼💚🙏🏼
Arbor is just an incredible human... dont even have to meet him lol you can just tell he is one of those people that can totally make any activity super fun and chill!
I just wanted to say I find your journey so inspiring. To go from just beauty content to branching out into nomad lifestyle, still having makeup and reviews, always sharing about your chronic pain, using your platform to help those in need. You just always keep it real. I admire your leap to try something new and it inspires me to push myself. Thanks for sharing your world and your reviews with us❤
Not sure if anyone has mentioned, but the pineapple bun doesn't actually have pineapple in it. The pineapple refers to the cookie top because it "looks" like a pineapple. There's also a plain one. A Hong Kong treat is to have that with a slice of butter. Yum!!
Ahhh I dm’d you about Wo Hop, the ice cream factory & Alimama Mochi donuts and seeing you go to both places is so fun!!!! Grew up going to wohop for the crispiest egg rolls & love Alimama Mochi donuts 🙌🏻🥰 so glad you went!
Omg this is so fun, such a unique idea, and such a "taylor" thing to have a friend who studied in China and is fluent in Mandarin!? Girl, your life is so cool!
I’ll be in NYC in September with a friend for our 50th birthdays (celebrating a few years late. Thanks, Covid). Chinatown is on our list! Thanks for an informative vlog!
Glad you go to see the cherry blossoms! I live in the San Francisco area so we are lucky to have Oakland Chinatown and SF Chinatown. My hubby is half Chinese so we spent a lot of time there. BBQ pork buns are a must every visit. Hope you are feeling better.
Your pronunciation of Mei Lai Wah is on point!! That was one of my fave places to go to as a child! I loved their red bean ice drink (this was pre boba/bubble tea days in the 80s) in the summer and snagging a freshly baked dinner roll bun served with a slab of butter. 😊 You and Arbor are so down to earth!! I wish I was there with you guys. I could've low-key been the camera person lol
Hello, sweet Taylor!! This vlog made me soooo hungry!! 😋 So many wonderful looking foods. Your friend Arber, is such a Sweetie!! You have such amazing friends and family. That's awesome!! I hope you've had better days, since this video. You take care and stay safe, Taylor!! 🖤✌️🖤
i always feel for ya so much in these down days with the migraine and fatigue. I had my migraine neck shots wear off and for 2 months. was back to migraine daily and working in the dark! i finally got the injections again and its been a week of migraine ( double whammy with period too for added fun) but im finalllllly starting to feel normal lol
I loved when you gave some of your thoughts on love is blind, would have loved to hear your thoughts on you. Please start sprinkling things like that when relevant!!🩷
I need an international food tour with you and Arbor. I love how chill and energy filled this vlog is! It just made me so happy. Thank you for all of your efforts!
What a fun friend Arber must be. He's a handsome guy, great smile and great personality. Were you disappointed in the first half of this season of "You". The second half is much better but still underwhelming in my opinion. Loved that very last scene where Joe is looking out the window! Being back in the States will make next season much better!! 👏🏻
Hey Taylor, your travel vlogs are always awesome and fun to watch. Thanks for the foodie reviews/recommendations. The city looks great and, as always, thriving. 🙌🏾 🌺🤙🏾
Video request - if it’s not too invasive! Would you consider doing a video on what items (obv not meds but otc) you use to mitigate &/or treat migraines/ chronic pain ? Also maybe what you travel with to help control pain? Maybe what type of massages or chiropractic treatments you get & how you choose what practitioners to see? Again totally understand if you’re not interested but I’ve been following for a long time & struggle with both migraines & chronic pain & have a lot of traveling coming up so it’d be nice to know. Much love from MN (with an ice pack on my head & neck! 🤣)
Yes would love to see this if Taylor is okay talking about it. I have had migraines since 10 years old and they got worse after fracturing my neck in a car accident.
@@jenniferw1595 I’m so sorry you’re suffering with migraines. Mine started at the same age & I’ll be 34 this summer. I’ve had a couple years of reprieve here & there but they’ve gotten much more frequent as of late. It infuriates me when they referred to as “headaches”, rather than getting the full weight of the debilitating ordeal that they are! I hope you’re able to find some relief! 💗
uhm...so ok Taylor, we all (there's 5 of us watching rn) fell in love with you the *exact instant* you said *Cereal Donut* . There was back n forth chit chat going in every direction BUT the *nano second* you said *cereal donut* ... we just immediately all stopped talking cuz we're all foodies & it was at that royal moment that you became our 👸 * QUEEN * 👸 ~~ 🤗 hugs 🤗
Your friend is so cute and is adventurous?? I hope you find someone just like him whenever you’re ready to settle down. Someone like that would be perfect!
Hi Taylor good morning happy Thursday morning and I hope you having amazing day today and I loved your vlogs and you are amazing Supporter and I'm proud of you
OMG, this makes me want to go back to NYC so bad! I pretty much plan vacations around stuff I want to eat, so this is right up my alley! 😆 We did a long weekend road trip to Vancouver BC last month and I pretty much just ate my way through Chinatown there! So good!
Love this. It looked like so much fun. Amber is fabulous ❤! Need someone like Arber in my life too. Would love to eat what you all ate. Looks delicious. Love your vlogs. Always here for them. Love NYC. You are always a vibe for sure. Your honesty and reviews are spot on. 🎉❤ Hope you are loving or did love Jordan. ❤️ also hoping for more good days than bad. Also a chronic migraine sufferer here. I get u and I see you!❤
Wednesday I did an almost identical china town food bang bang bang with my best friend. We are both born and raised in queens, I work around the corner from China town. It's so funny how we hit up all the same spots except we went to a CHEAP dumpling spot called dumpling king. 10 dumplings 4 dollars!!!!!!!! We didn't go to woh hop though. Guys as a new Yorker I LOVE woh hop. It's not cause it's incredible Chinese food though. It's the nostalgia and warm fuzzy feeling. I agree with Taylor it's a bit over hyped. What made wo hop so good was that it WAS 24 hrs. Unfortunately once the pandemic hit all those late late night china town spots started to close at 10 the latest. It's a shame. I'd go to wo hop at 3 am after a night of drinking and dancing. Other than that I wouldn't go out of my way to go anymore. Maybe with tourists from another country who's never had Chinese food
Next time definitely check out some of the other chinatowns, like Flushing Queens! It is much further from the city, but outside of Chinese food there's so much to try in Queens in general
@@patriciaburns2223 I'm curious how the rest of her Philly trip went! I live 30 mins away. But it wouldn't surprise me if it uhh..didn't live up to the expectations 😂
@@christy7 I live right smack in Center City... From what I could tell Taylor along with her family seem to enjoy themselves. I only say maybe.. because she stated she would be giving her thoughts in a separate vlog. I'm a Philly gal through and through. Even have the damn nasally accent! Lol 💓
Arber's energy is just lovely
Your friendship with Arbor is SO PURE AND SWEET 💕💕
Did you just create your own food tour for your fans?! You're a freaking genius!! Now for all of the Taylor Wynn fans to meet up and go together!!
Can we get more food tours and Arber content please? This was the best! You are my nomad idol.
‘Not oppressively sweet’-my new way of describing sweet things things that won’t hurt my teeth, I love it! 😂🤣

LeAnne, it's not Chinatown, but if you're looking for dim sum, the Oriental Tea House in San Leandro is one of, if not the best in the Bay.

The top was also really sweet and had like a fruity ish flavor!
i was going to comment this as well!! bolo bao is one of my favorite things to grab during dim sum, love the subtle sweet and flaky crust
Could you do a hair tutorial using the straightener to curl your hair like the way it was in the pink top? SO STUNNING!

OMG, how I miss NY china town, this video made me miss it more and made me hungry!!

For people watching- go downstairs at wo hop instead of the main level! The underground one is diff chefs and it’s better :) get the egg rolls!
Ooo good tip thanks!!
I trust Arbor because he loves black sesame. 🖤🖤🖤 Also, I am sick too and finally recovering. I hope you feel better soon!
Wo Hop is a Chinatown institution. We used to go there in the 1970s and 80s all the time.
