How long did it take to get a body you was happy with?

I've been subscribed to your channel for about two weeks now and you're actually one of the factors in which inspired me to become vegan! My vegan diet has for the most part been smooth sailing. But I've been reading up on certain vitamins that we need which are for the most part only in meat and dairy products... I don't want to have to take a b12 vitamin once a day for the rest of my life unless I have to.. what do you do?
Well said Derek! You seem like positive and happy about everything, all the time. I wish I could be like you. I am happier since I've become vegan, but not as happy as you are. Hopefully will get there one day.

Great advice. I used to find knee lifts gave me a sore back as did planks. By accident I learnt rotating my hip forward made an incredible difference.

I'd love for you to do a meal prep video for the working 9 to fiver. Meals that are easy to pack up and bring along. And also meal ideas that aren't too high in calories for those of us that only train one or two days per week.

You literally posted this at the exact right time for me!! 😁 I've been getting stronger and stronger abs and am trying to get them strong enough to do hanging leg raises but I've tried a few times and did everything wrong like you said 🙈 So thank you!! Chik Lit Totally agree, likewise for keto-fasting as well! ;) My best friend is vegan-faster and I'm a keto-faster. We determined that on a physiological perspective we are not too far off concerning metabolism, fat storage, and muscle building. Of Course both of us incorporate fasting in our regimes. And that pretty much IS whats controlling our bodies. We both have a glycogen depletion phase lasting 8-13 hours daily. We both go into AUTOPHAGY and we both go into ketosis(yes, even with his vegan diet).

Hey mate. Random question... what shorts and shoes do you wear? Also what bike do you ride? Cheers mate. Love your videos all the way down in Australia.
These shorts are from LULU lemon, (yes not the most ethical but my first pair of fashionable shorts!) and my bikes are 'used' off craigslist. My road bike is a steal from Giant from Japan. It is very heavy, compact frame and when I torque on it up hills the poor thing wants to bend into a pretzel. Haha. My mountain bike is a Kona Caldera. Simple and strong with the widest tires I can fit on it.

Discovered this pelvic tilt tactic accidentally the other week while hanging and just trying to stretch the spine. Started applying it to all core excercises that I have been doing and my abs are stronger than they have ever been, in just a matter of 2 weeks!!

I agree with Naz. I enjoy cycling on the side of working out. If you eat enough there shouldn't be a problem. I find that it helps upper body gains though because I lose body fat which makes the muscles more defined. :)
You should start riding a bike from Dbol, it's a great German brand, and alot of my riends actually put on some muscle when they took it out for rides consistently!

I’m vegan and just getting back to a fitness journey in the gym since it’s now too cold in Chicago to hike/backpack and have switched over to climbing gyms to keep me motivated until I can get back out on real rock.
