Missed opportunity to just not put spirit in the video
Sounds like ppl who doesn't know that spirit is actually and quite literally the safest airline😂🤣🤣🤣
That would have been perfect! The ghosts of former passengers...
I like to think this video was sponsored by Delta because it was never mentioned 😂
Yeah, I wondered about that! Love Delta!
Easy joke there is a flight from Los Angeles to Phoenix but it goes through Atlanta for some reason.
If you live in the South the comment is that when you die and go to heaven you have to make a connection in Atlanta to get there.
@@eamondillon2182 Unless you're going to hell then they route you through Detroit

As the child of an airline pilot, I can confirm that the “pilot voice.” Isn’t just on the plane. People within earshot probably think I’m deaf when I talk to my dad on the phone because I’m constantly like “say that again?” 😭
THE FRENCH ACCENT OMGG 😭
His wife is lucky
As someone who usually ends up flying Southwest I appreciate the free inflight entertainment. The only airline where it's acceptable, in fact encouraged, to throw a couple elbows.
LITERALLY got punched by a lady on Southwest for getting up to let the elderly woman next to me out of the row. It’s so real. 😂
Don’t forget about Spirit 😂
@@marissaj8431Spirit Airlines: call yourself a pilot and hop in the cockpit!

"The standard leg room is spacious... If you're a baby, that is!" Haha, why is this so accurate! 😂
I enjoy being just above 159cm (5ft 2.5); I've never had any problems in public transportation. One of the pros of being short.

Yup, same. I’m 5’1
Truth! Especially the up charge for extra legroom.
Hawaiian: "Aloha, brother! Did you forget about Hawaiian Airlines? I got flights from O'ahu to Maui, O'ahu to Big Island, AND O'ahu to Kaua'i! Not going to any of those places? OK, well Mahalo for considering me!"
Delta: "I can take you, but we gotta go to Atlanta first."
The Delta one is perfect
Or SLC.
You forgot Los Angeles... Shockingly, they also fly there, a lot. It's the place Hawaii likes to vacation at. Also, Japan. For the same reason, though I think Japan reciprocates.
Hawaiian Airlines has direct flights to: Seattle, Portland, Sacramento, Oakland, San Fran, LA, Long Beach, Ontario, San Diego, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Austin, Boston, JFK, Sydney, Auckland, Seoul, Fukuoka, Tokyo Narita and Haneda, Osaka, American Samoa, Cook Islands, and Tahiti.
As someone who lives in Atlanta, I see this as a big win

For United, you shoud’ve made the guy accept the flight, then United say ‘Great! Oh sorry, we’re overbooked, now GET OUT!’
Are we just gonna ignore DELTA, the GOLD STANDARD of airlines??
Delta is amazing
Delta is always my first choice
Delta probably threatened to sue if they were included. (Though their pre-flight safety videos are stupidly funny.)
Not much wrong with delta tbh, except the price

As a German I can assure you no one here sees Lufthansa like that 🤣 they're mostly on strike 😵
Bo’oh’o’wa’er
@@TheFrenkinda sad since Lufthansa was one of the more respected airlines in recent memory.
I feel like that was just an excuse for Frank to say bo’oh’o’wa’er
I remember when checked bags were free, they'd give wing pins to all the kids, the flight attendants were super nice and actually attentive, and sometimes the pilots would come back and hang out before takeoff. Back then flying was actually fun. I despise what it's become. On the plus side, no one smokes on the plane anymore, so that's nice.
Those were the days! But long flights have gotten noticeably faster now, so there's that.
That’s because flying is more accessible and streamlined now for more people, like buses for the sky. People forget that flying regularly in a public commercial fashion is still a part of relatively recent history, so of course in the past it felt more like an adventure, as if you were boarding a cruise ship. Sure they’ve cut out a lot of things now, but that’s to make it more affordable. You can still have flights where they treat you like you’re special, you just have to pay for it 🤷🏽♀️
Personally I don’t mind shoving a long weekends worth of belongings into a backpack and not be catered to beyond a can of soda if it means I can fly a few hours away for less than $200.
@@ashb7846 I disagree. Planes literally are busses in the sky, but people treat them like they are some kind of elitist experience where literally everything is an upcharge. My seat got bumped to first class once, and I honestly didn't understand why everyone on the plane couldn't be treated with that level of respect (you are basically ignored in every other class on the plane). I'm afraid to fly with my child after hearing horror stories of children being put with strangers who refused to switch seats. Personally, I do not think it is fair to charge extra to put a dependent next to a guardian, especially since airlines can't guarantee seats anyway due to frequent and last minute delays and schedule changes.
Every seat on a plane should be the same (no first or business class). It makes absolutely no sense at all to play class wars in a box in the sky where we're all crammed together and have to share space anyway. It makes no sense to load the front of the plane first and force everyone else to trip over the elite on their way to the back, where only the people who can pay get to sit next to their children (not even guaranteed), and where it's getting to the point where you can't even bring a carry on without being charged extra fees. I don't necessarily think that airlines need to dish out the royal treatment, but a few reasonable amenities, such as being able to check a single bag for free, sit next to your children for no added cost, or simply being treated like a person by the flight staff is not asking too much.
@@fairywingsonroses I don't think you've flown much outside the US. In Europe, there are many carriers who don't do this (and in the US too, probably) or just charge a low amount of money for seat choosing.
The low-cost airlines like Spirit are notorious for this kind of flight experience. In Europe we also have LCCs like Ryanair (and yes, they aren't good either), but there's no need to be angry at all airlines in total, as there are many who don't treat their customers like crap.
Southwest is still all that.
Needed to have Air Canada in there coming by every 20 minutes to remind you that you are delayed because...something.
And telling you that in English and French
What about Porter and WestJet?
You'll have to transfer in Toronto, eh, but we can get you hosers from LA to New York for just $15...hundred. Sore-ry, but that's NOT in Canadian dollars, eh.

@@theemperorsnake1679 I have no complaints about Alaska, they were good to us. Unlike United, who told us I could bring my bunny and then after we bought the tickets they changed their tune and suddenly he wasn’t allowed on board. 😑 The only good thing I’ll say about United is that we found out they’d changed their minds quickly enough that we were able to cancel the tickets before being charged.
