Yup. I eat a protein bar and coffee for "breakfast" at noon, have a normal dinner and then dessert/after dinner snake which usually isn't actually anything with added sugar. No snacks, no actual breakfast and definitely no late night eating. The joys of being a middle aged woman.

- around 2/3am (nobody to ask you what you’re doing, if they can taste or talking while you’re enjoying your food)
- Jajangmyeon (Korean noodles) or Croque Monsieur
- Sometimes cereals
And for dessert : cookies and a glass of milk. Yes baby 🤤

My favorite late night snack is cereal. I know it's supposed to be a breakfast thing but I don't really like having sugar in the morning and cereal is very comforting to me so I think it's the perfect late night snack!

My favorite late-night snack is charcuterie. A little prosciutto and Genoa salami along with some fresh fruit (strawberries tonight) and breadsticks. Don’t know or care how many calories.
No acid reflux when you lay head on pillow? That is quite the combo, fit for a gastronomic savage. You my long lost twin? Must be. We both have a cast iron stomach that does not flinch at late night snackies. 😏🙂😁😂🤣
@@pearlwogkoklol6700 nope, I rarely have problems with indigestion/acid reflux. Lucky me!
Edited to add: On the extremely rare occasion when I do have stomach issues, I sleep in a reclining chair. Not lying flat does help.
