Dear Abraham awesome video with fantastic tips and useful video and great information. I enjoy watching your videos and helpful. I have this problem. I wear sunglasses when I go outside. I had this problem due to less sleep for asthma attacks.
It's something to with sleeping normally causes a buildup of blood under the eyes. That's all the dark circles are, is excess blood build up. So elevating the head helps to drain the excess because that's how gravity works. Your body works in specific ways and there will always be blood there. But due to genetics or other factors some people get more blood than is required which cause expansion of the blood vessels under the eyes which makes them appear darker. If you have dark circles which most people do, you can't get rid of them you can only mitigate them.
Hey Abraham , I have a question. Is it true that someone on azathioprine (imuran), shouldn't be on it for more than 5 years, and you cannot take any vaccine. I only ask, because I'm confused, and there's a 4 year waiting list for rheumatology in the Irish system. Thanks for your excellent videos. Keep up the good work 👍

For how much time do i leave the tea bags in the fridge so that it can be cool enough but not to cold
I think it depends on how cold your refrigerator gets like mine is really cold so 10-25 minutes is more than enough if it’s warmer try 15-35
