    I used to pull trailers cross country behind a motor coach for a living I found tubular frames often rotted out from the inside and many times would split in half as you're bouncing down a rough highway. The only quality frame I ever had built was when I demanded a 8-in I-beam and never looked back

    What about the rear drop down door nothing said about it like what’s it made of what type of lifting spring what type of latch

    • @looktrailers9709
      @looktrailers9709  Год назад

      A rear ramp door is typically steel or aluminum studs, depending on the trailer with steel or aluminum angle. Most cargo trailers use a spring assist similar to what you see on a garage door. Latches are typically a bar lock style with hasps.

    Wait... STEEL? Not aluminum? Even for the gooseneck cargo? It must weigh a ton? Why aluminum verses steel?

      Hello JD we actually offer trailers in both steel and aluminum. Here is a link to give you a break down of why we offer steel on some models and aluminum on others.->>> ruclips.net/video/lNjbHYSFTTs/видео.html&t=

      I bought a neo trailer, i contacted the manufacturer to ask the roof load as i wanted to convert it to a boondocking camper, and wanted to put some 3" black pipe for water storage on top. Needed to know if i would need ladder racks, they didn't know the weight it could take. I asked if they could send me a email with dimensions on spacing between bracing so i could order windows and get my blue board insulation cut and have some things ready to go. They replied no, that they didn't want their competition to get their hands on that information because it would be stolen. I had ordered a 6x10 which was a cheaper trailer for sure, but i was still shocked that they wouldn't. I've seen customers allowed to video there manufacturing facility to video their trailer being built describing and showing the frame up build. They had bought a 7×28×7 three axel trailer, and were given whatever they wanted. I've seen dealerships videos showing the frames superior construction describing everything. I wasn't to happy. When i picked mine up and drove the hour home, the rock guard had popped off the skin and it was obvious from it's bowing and the out of shape corner that it was a crap build. I looked closer inside and even the ceiling bows where different height, and seeing i was going to mount solar panes and possibly more it was a major concern. After contacting them and letting them know, i was told if i removed the plywood interior to insulate, that the warranty would be voided so even if i found more crap building or improper welds i wouldn't get any help resolving any problems. This video has given more information than neo trailer did even after being paid for the trailer. I let them buy it back after i was told i was a pain in the a$$ by their sales representative. If anyone is watching this looking for an aluminum trailer, I'd say this is the place I'd go with, or at the very least check them out and see if the price is right for you. But don't buy from neo trailer, their customer service is reprehensible. Nice of your company to show what your construction quality is, obviously you have nothing to hide. If i hadn't found another one already id look you up! God bless.

    My look trailer rusted after the one year warranty,they don’t paint the hidden steel(behind the rear lights etc it’s all left exposed and rusts,they attach the fenders with self tap screws both of my fenders have fallen off,the lights are also attached with subpar hardware and have all needed to be re attached look trailers are junk

      They are all junk you literally need to spend several days fixing and rebuilding a trailer even when you buy it brand new because there is absolutely no pride or workmanship at any of these companies it's all propaganda bs

    Steel rusts. Aluminum does Not rust, and is far lighter than steel. I will never buy one of your trailers for these reasons.
