Can you do a video with tips with exhausted mommas. Most moms don't get enough sleep at night especially if they have a toddler like myself. Also tips for moms that have that pooch lol. I know we should be proud of our bodies and I am beyond proud of my body, but it has been incredibly hard to get that pooch to go down. I lost 20lbs after having my baby and was at the weight I was at before I met my husband and my body definitely didn't look the same. I know our bodies change but man it's a hard mindset to get past. I would greatly appreciate your tips and tricks. Also I love that you are a Midwest girl just like me❤
