Lily, thank you so much for sharing this. I want to get my period back, I want to get my fertility back! I had/have orthorexia, and health anxiety as well, I promise myself I'm healing.

My health anxiety and ocd looks a little different , but I can relate to some of this for sure.
My kids play hockey and I had the same thoughts on the Gatorade bottle. I’m ok with it now lol but obsessively worry about what their health and safety, what they eat.
Sunscreen was a big one for me too, it couldn’t be just the regular one , I had to buy like the natural , non toxic expensive one. It’s exhausting really

I was that way with sunscreen too! Then I even heard not to use sunscreen, but then sun burns... it can definitely be exhausting but it doesn't have to be.

This gives me so much hope 🥺 I'm struggling with intrusive thoughts and sometimes it feels impossible to live in peace.. I have the insights and I can rationalize my thoughts, but it seems like my fear doesn't let me move the insights from my head to my heart and let my wisdom take control..... I'm trying and want to achieve what you did!!
