In my opinion, The ghost possession one had a funnier jokes but the zombie one had a jokes that were more in depth

I honestly can't choose between these 2 videos Mike, both are really good, so funny 😂, but it's good to know that in case of a zombie apocalypse, wearing headphones will keep people's brains safe 😆.
Plus, you don't have to wash your brain, they're self-cleaning, like an oven!

How the heck did this man make me, a 33 year old, laugh out loud just by saying the word “eucalyptus” in different ways? This man has mastered comedy to the point that he can make almost anything funny 😂

I gotta go with Possession. Even though both were great. The analogies in the zombie one are so well done it feels like a crime to vote against it. But the indifference of the guy seeing his roommate get possessed is how I feel we all fetl about 6 months into 2020. Like he said, you could set a whole State on fire (or literally a country in Australias case) and we wouldnt be talking about it a week later.

@bigounce9206 (facepalm) Wow, you managed to _completely and utterly_ miss the point and misunderstand the simple allegory about headphones/masks by focussing on the wrong part. Good job proving you're an idiot.
Do I really have to spell it out? Scientists are an argumentative lot and they demand evidence and proof. (Unlike fields like religion, philosophy and economics, where you can just start your own "school of thought" or dogma or cult and make bold claims without any proof.) If you can get 99% of scientists, medical researchers or engineers to agree on a topic, it means that has been rigorously tested and is supported by massive data and evidence (as evolution by natural selection is).
The problem is that so many people have zero scientific literacy or clue about how the world works, esp in the USA due to abysmal education. They have never been taught how to think critically and scientifically. They fall prey to magical thinking and wishful thinking on the lines of "If it feels good it must be true", and they can't tell scam artists and pseudoscientists who use sciency-sounding words to appear legitimate from proper science because they lack the knowledge.
When a layperson says "I have a theory" ist means in colloquial English, "I have an idea, a hunch."
When a scientist calls something a "Theory of [X]", in scientific terms "theory" is the _opposite_ of a mere hunch. A Theory is just a step below a Law of Science (like the "Law of Gravity"): something supported by a mountain of evidence over years or decades of research that if it wasn'T true we'd have to rewrite large parts of various scientific fields. When scientists argue about such well-documented & well-explained things like i.e. evolution or genetics or quantum gravity equations, they only argue about fine-tuning the details, not about if it exists!
Scientists start with a hypothesis how something might function or how to explain a phenomenon, then try to _disprove the hypothesis._ That step is important... because if you merely try to proof that a hypothesis you really like is correct, you can easily involuntarily fall into the trap that you cherrypick only those bits of data that support your hypothesis and ignore what contradicts or disproves it.
That is why every proper scientist is taught when faced with some new yet unexplained thing to follow the steps: 1. Describe the phenomenon. 2. Make a hypothesis of how it might work. 3. Come up with experiments or a list of evidence that would instantly demolish this hypothesis. 4. Now try to wreck your own hypothesis. 5. Encourage others to run the same experiments or come up with their own tests.
6. If after all of this you _still_ can't disprove the hypothesis and in fact all experiments have made the evidence it might be correct even stronger, then you can be fairly confident and say, "This looks like a solid case."
So in this sketch that uses a fictional zombie virus as allegory for a real virus, when 99% of scientists agree on "Yep, we ran tests on zombies in our labs and turns out they can smell your brain via the ears. We recommend blocking their sense of smell by putting on headphones as this is a relatively non-expensive item that most people have in their homes to listen to music or internet videos or play video games. It's not 100% foolproof but it's effective and easy to acquire and can save your life."
Then the remaining 1% are not the ones who argue that headphones are suddenly dangerous for your ears. No, they would be the ones who disagree because they are convinced headphones are not sufficient and people should use ear-plugs instead. Or at the very least soak the headphones in perfume or peppermint oil to mask the scent.
The scam artists would be those who calls themselves "experts in zombie lore" and tell people on TV talk shows that headphones are a government conspiracy and that people should instead buy the scammer's special anti-zombie pills for $49.99 or paint themselves green to confuse the zombies.

Defintely like the possesion one better. With the zombie one, he makes it out as if these thing are clear cut, which they are not. Even the "science" keeps going back and forth on those.

I'm just sick of this year in general since this year seems to be Last Year, Part II.
It really is.
The Ghost Possession one is funnier to me. The zombie one was clearly before Ryan began to catch one to a few things. He still may not be up to speed currantly, but there are signs he's thinking not juts reacting. I think most of us want to be done with 2020 in more ways than one.
First vids good. The second is too on the nose, and ultimately just preachy nonsense
Some of Ryans stuff is too political and it shows his obvious bias.
Its funnier when he avoids it.
