You can do the exact same on the Samsung camera app. Just go into the camera setting and change the long press function from Burst mode to GIF. You can change how many pictures it takes and if the animation stops or if it goes back again.

I have also tried taking individual photos manually because I thought the bad image quality may be due to the shutterspeed of burst mode, and it actually ended with the same result. Horrible image quality. Unless you are a robot, it is a lot harder to focus on a certain object in different view points rather than editing it with PS. Conclusively, don't judge someone else if you don't have enough experience with these things.

That is not my question. I like the lens profiles a lot. I just don't see any treasure chest in this new burst mode animation. You have done so well I guess I was hoping for something more practical. @@cole_etch iPhones generally last longer than Android phones. They also have an easier process for getting the battery replaced. I prefer the Android software though, so I have a pixel.

Certain phones can turn burst into gif on their own like my notes 8/9 and my pixel 3 xl
