Sea Raiders-Nords. Forest B-Vaegirs. Deserters-Swadia. So it’s actually alternative history of Calradia. Good video at all.
People severely underestimate bandit troops. Sea Raider Chiefs are solid infantry, only really outclassed by large numbers of tier 5-6 heavy infantry and weak to cavalry. They are cheap, which means you can get them in very high numbers. And forest bandits have the same bow that Fians have, so they are potent archers. I almost always use bandits to help level my roguery but also as cheap garrison units or to help fill out my field armies with cheaper units.
I like your vids because they challenge the “current meta” and I think they show anything works provided your character is built for the unit in question.

This makes me wanna do a bandit playthrough too but I'm just soooooo slow. How do you progress so fast??? Or maybe this run actually took months and you're just showing the biggest highlights. Either way, I've always been really slow to progress in pretty much every game I've ever played. Makes dedicated themed runs boring because they take so long to get off the ground.
How do i stop giving away fiefs every damn time i capture a place? Luke seriously theres a friggin vote whenever i capture a place i want it to stop i want to own all my land.
Do you think u can make a new campaign or are u make one now if not I would love to see a stergian or azeria one because there are like two I could fine .
How in the world did you manage to get so many bandit troops. The absolute maximum I could get was 143 in party, and 80 as recruitable prisoners. And that was after scouring the map for all bandit parties.
With custom troops & party ai controls, I made Bandit troops recruitable in fiefs I had captured. This way, Agnarr's bandit vassals could only recruit bandit units. I'll have a guide on how to do this in discord. I still had many bandits left over from recruiting them in vanilla ways (tracking them down on the map, prisoner recruitment and gang alleys a bit too).
It would have been soo cool if his ship crashed and he landed in Calradia with all wealth gone and armor, only his dream of forming another United Bandit republic but in Warband
I dont know if you like these types of mods/playthroughs but maby you should try the empires of europe 1700 mod, but if you like the orginal map, could you use the my litte warband mod? I really like watching youtubers play this mod especialy you bc you make everything fun

I never understood the diplomacy in Bannerlord. I captured all enemy faction castles, they had only one city left, and they asking for piece... If I pay them. WTF? People, how it works?...

It's just simply xp. Some perks make it easier but in the mid-end game you fight bigger armies and you do so with winning with less casualties.
