Well the Hobbit didn't have scientific gravity defying basketball so I guess that's why. The Hobbit's CGI was fine anyway, the gold part looked terrible but maybe that's how Dwarven gold is supposed to look? I bet you've never seen that much Dwarven gold!
Octavious Black The 3rd film did have a gravity defying Legolas though. It also had some of the worst cgi in the series. Especially on the mountain goats. I was just joking around with my initial comment. Still love the hell out of those films.

Practically nothing - the moon has no atmosphere, and the gravitational pull is negligible, I think.
The real issue is the ball re-entering earth's atmosphere - although, I don't know if it's terminal velocity is enough to create the bow-wave of pressure that causes objects to burn up on re-entry.

I come back to watch this periodically because it's still hands down my favourite Corridor video. The music is unreal. The effects are superb. But Sam and Niko's faces get me every time. I think this is the most fun they've had in a video.

Looking through these comments I have seen mostly troll comments and spam. People have forgotten what the comment section was intended for, feedback. I'm here to say that Corridor did a great job on this video. It was fantastic in its both editing and effects, which were presented in an original fashion. That's it, i'm not here to post jokes, trolls, spam, hate, or anything else. Just good old fashion feedback.
Sadly that's how a lot (if not most) videos get to the front page of RUclips these days. By fake accounts trolling controversial topics such as politics, and keep everyone coming back to argue in the "Top comments" section. Wasn't that way before since top comments would get reset frequently.
What is this madness? Common sense in a RUclips comment, this is a sign of the apocalypse.

Actually, according to my calculations, the speed of the ball will oncrease after a certain amount of traveling through the portals, the hoop will wobble every time the ball goes through and as the ball is moving quicker than the hoop it will knock it off course.
glad to see aperture's scientists even used to stay productive and practice quantum physics during lunch breaks. though if they had portal guns out in the aperture car park it clearly didn't take much "industrial espionage" on the part of black mesa to steal aperture company secrets.
The entire city is probably an aperture facility base located somewhere underground

Fun fact: If you shot one portal on the ground, and the other out into space, eventually it would hit something and kill everything on earth. It could take a day, or a year, or several billion years, but eventually it would hit something and suck all of earth's atmosphere out. Yay.
