Make sure to visit their showroom across the street. They display upcoming figures & the top floor showcases past collections or themed displays that changes all the time.
Thanks Jim, good as always! When I was in Akiba, there was that absolutely stuning shop with clothes but only gaming or anime one, like Golden Axe vest, 8bit Sonic shoes, Playstation wallet etc. They had a Neo Geo arcade inside too, I wonder if you know from what place i'm talking about and if they get through the pandemie, hope so.
@@MadPanicGaming Heck yeah, SF is King 👑. I just made my first pick ups video where I went to my local retro store and picked up STREET FIGHTER ZERO 2. I never played this port but it really amazes me.
Thanks for the video Jim, hope you are doing good and settling down well in your new home. Didn't you know samurai wolverine was in the latest star wars film?
I can see why you enjoy this place, just the displays look so detailed and beautiful. It would be nice though if I saw more scale figures/statues though since most of what I saw are poseable and robots. Anyway, great video as usual!
In the back of one of the cases there was actually a figure of the Griffon from Patlabor the TV series. The one in all black with wings in the back if you pause at 7:23
Love the stuff Tamashi Nations puts out, got several great One Piece figures from them. Including the Franky and Jinbe ones at 1:48 they've got in that case.
Kimetsu no Yaiba manga strength are : 1) storyline. Its Gripping . Bloody. Sad. Action. Typical shonen manga 2) villains. Their backstories are sad. Once humans then turned into demons 3) heroes deaths have meaning . Not just hack-slash to increase sales. 4) the manga ending was perfect. Really brings tears 5) the anime series is cool but doesn't do justice. Manga is MUST READ
I felt a bit a twinge of regret when I saw the great Mazinga figures. I saw a really nice big one for about 4500 yen when I was at Nakano Broadway, but I was afraid he wouldn't fit in my suitcase. Ah well.
I finally have that Project BM! Kaneda Bike and it's amazing! And speaking of anime bikes, there's always Megazone :) Bro make sure you don't get spoiled the 2nd season of Mandalorian because the last episode is AMAZING! Oh and BTW that 'Macross' is actually a Patlabor :P
This era of anime, DBZ, Gundam etc. I like. I've actually been considering checking out some of the new stuff at the behest of my friends, just haven't gotten around to it.
This shop looks totally awesome! Your videos bring me much joy. Keep up the great work Jim.
Great video! They have a Tamashi nations pop up store in Los Angeles until September 26.
Oh, very cool. I highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance.
That place looks awesome. I've been wanting to go there since it opened, but then..we all know what happened.

Nice one Jim. Always wanted to see these Anime figure shops from you. 8^)

I believe you're referring to Indor. It was indeed a great shop, but it's no longer there unfortunately.
@@MadPanicGaming I watched on google, you are perfectly right, it is this shop. Damn that break my hearth to know that it is closed.
more figure shops please
Can do.
What a nice shop. Really digging that Sakura Street Fighter figure .👾
Me too, that was one of the stand out figures for me, being a Street Fighter fan and all.

I guess I'm just out of the loop, lol
I would love to get my hands on the big Star Blazers battleship Yamato, I remember watching the series as a kid.

Great vid Jim. Are Patlabor merch still around?
I don't think I've ever seen any.

I too, like to look at the figures rather than buying them 😁😁😁

Nice video always enjoyable to watch, that huge Mobile Suit is the very famous and expensive Metal Structure (Kai Tai Shou Ki) RX-93 Nu Gundam.

Excellent crossover with Wolverine in Star Wars
Demon Slayer is actually cool and funny, had some laughs watching it.
Boy, I love Anime Figure Shop!
I used to work at a toystore,I miss the character cans.
I'm a huge Gundam fan. Thanks for sharing.

Oh course Jim would be wearing a Sega Saturn shirt.
Where would be a good place to buy Amiibos?
Dude! You think you could find Suikoden figures in one of those figure shops?
That would likely be a pretty tall order. I can't recall ever seeing any.
I’m scared I’ll spend all my money there
A rational fear if there ever was one.
Been meaning to check out Kimetsu no Yaiba for a while now
Hey everybody, Jim here!
Yo Kamen rider and Ultra man is my childhood!
you did not mention Zinogre from Monster Hunter :((((
Original trilogy all the way brother✊⭐
Thanks for the video--what camera are you using to record? Since you called it out when you were in the reflection.
I'm using a GoPro Hero 9 at the moment.

For someone who’s not into anime, or just doesn’t watch it anymore, you sure like talking about it a lot 🤔.
