I think people who watching you want to see your normal life. So many travel vloging, so many van building, but if somebody like your personality, your style, they will watch YOU because of this, not because of a specific content. Just be yourself, don't think too much. And enjoy your daily life. ❤️

Can’t believe how many unleashed dogs you encounter in your village. In Colorado, unleashed dogs on the street are usually anxious and aggressive. We have dog parks to let our fur friends roam with others unleashed but, geez, not in the city. Your weekly updates lighten my day. I love seeing where you are and love you exploring in your village. As others have said and I’ll add, as long as you enjoy what you are doing it will show in your attitudes and faces. Don’t let us viewers or what you think we want dissuade you from your joy. Your joy is what’s infectious. Keep it up doing…whatever brings it! First time I heard you long fast ! That is so healthy!!! Love it.

“Secret” tip on the horrible label glue that won’t come up: WD40! Works like a charm. Maybe not a great idea for raw wood (stains). But anything else 👍🍻✅ Loved your local area scenery, lovely. 🤩😍

Most people glue down their floors. If you decide to do this make sure you use the right kind of adhesive. However if your flooring stays in place without it I guess there is no reason to feel compelled to follow the herd. Just remember that it's useful to ensure no moisture can get trapped where it can do long term damage. Love your approach to van building. Keep up the good work and get travelling soon
I’ve been an avid watcher and subscriber for years now and love your channel. Fr9m your own comments it seems you’ve had some negative feedback regarding van build content. If I’m completely honest I did fast forward at a few points as I found the intricacies of the build a bit boring and I was glad when you went back to filming s9me village life. Even going for a morning walk or having breakfast in your lovely village is nice to see and a change from the rain here in wales! So mixing it up with van updates and then content is ideal 😊
I've been watching you for years since before buying our first moho but gave up a little while ago but thought I'd check in. Glad to see you're well but I enjoyed the travelogues with a smattering of cooking etc. I'll check back in when you get back on the road.

Hi guys, with regards your windows ,just remember if you have awning windows you can still have them open if it's raining, bit more difficult with a sliding window as we have found. Love the format of the vlog by the way.
Charlie knows just where the narrow bridges are going to be! I think when people say retired, they mean stop doing what you don't want to do and start doing what you do - i said it to my husband 15 years ago when I was 59 - still living in hope. and still loving your vids xxx
Great video. Don't worry about filming the van build, it is interesting and is part of your life at this moment. It won't last forever and you'll always have it to look back on when it is done and you are out travelling. I don't have a van and did wonder about not sticking your lino down. How about using sticky velcro strips? some on the wooden floor and the other part on the underside of the lino, would keep it secure. Just a thought as it would still be easy to pull it up if ever needed. Does my head in that you struggle for subscriptions when there are so many half baked channels doing well.

Just a little tip for removing sticky labels. Firstly use hairdryer to easily remove label and secondly a little eucalyptus oil on cottonwool to get rid of the glue residue.😊
I agree with loads of others, I'm happy to see whatever you do, I love seeing the doggies as well, just be yourselves and stay safe and happy Dizzie reminds me of my nieces lurcher, we take her out every day while she's working, she's not brave and yelps if other dogs come too close, she sounds like she's being killed. I love how the dogs are the focus of your life, we are like that with our dog and two five month old kittens, my sons going to come and stay when we go away for the cats, and Izzie of course comes everywhere with us, she loves being in the van and is so good ❤🐾 hubby and I are both subscribed.

Hi there love your channel don’t stick your floor covering down I have a self build camper with floor covering like yours and gets damaged over a season so we just change it very simply every sta rt of the season good look with the build.
Hi Guys. I have possibly mentioned before that if youre going to Turkey, you absolutely HAVE to continue to Georgia. Ive spent 2 summers there, vanlifing, flying tourists in my tandem paraglider. Bought a van both times, did a very basic fitout and sold when I left. Then there is also Armenia and Azerbaijan right there, or you can take a ferry on the Black sea from Georgia to Bulgaria, and skip driving back through Turkey. The Greater Caucuses are breathtaking. You can see snow all year round.
I watch the vlogs because I have grown to like you! Doesn't matter what you're doing. Love watching the doggies, they are characters. Sadly my little dog crossed the rainbow bridge this past week. It never gets easier.

Glue on Carpeting & Lino, use only Trimfix spray glue guys. It allows you to remove if needed fairly easily and it’s heatproof. Glued wood joints with screws stops all the creeks x buil is coming along nicely now we’ll done.
You guys do whatever you *need* to do: and whatever you *want* to do. Record it, and I'll watch it; regardless. Simply, I enjoy your content; your interactions with each other, and the 4 legged companions. Keep on keeping on! 😁
Buy the way... when you were doing your 'coffee' tasting/experimentations... you mentioned a 'taste' problem with your stove-top 'espresso' !! The main cause of this, could be either your choice/brand of coffee (sometimes a change keeps your tastebuds more in tune) and/or the fineness of grind (some use a coarser grind, more suited to a perculator or french-press) or perhaps even the 'quality' of water used (perhaps consider a built-in double-filter system in your camper). Sometimes, an 'espresso' just needs a good clean, easiest is through a commercial dishwasher or time and labour of love by hand (aluminium ones tarnish & retain dirt much more). Go for awning window for sure! We have sliding and can't ever open it if there's even a dribble of rain as it comes straight in and into the door itself, behind the liner. And it's not even a decent size hole when you CAN open it! I'd love to replace ours with awning style! 😁

Hi there love your channel don’t stick your floor covering down I have a self build camper with floor covering like yours and gets damaged over a season so we just change it very simply every sta rt of the season good look with the build.

Hi Guys. I have possibly mentioned before that if youre going to Turkey, you absolutely HAVE to continue to Georgia. Ive spent 2 summers there, vanlifing, flying tourists in my tandem paraglider. Bought a van both times, did a very basic fitout and sold when I left. Then there is also Armenia and Azerbaijan right there, or you can take a ferry on the Black sea from Georgia to Bulgaria, and skip driving back through Turkey. The Greater Caucuses are breathtaking. You can see snow all year round.

Glue on Carpeting & Lino, use only Trimfix spray glue guys. It allows you to remove if needed fairly easily and it’s heatproof. Glued wood joints with screws stops all the creeks x buil is coming along nicely now we’ll done.

Buy the way... when you were doing your 'coffee' tasting/experimentations... you mentioned a 'taste' problem with your stove-top 'espresso' !! The main cause of this, could be either your choice/brand of coffee (sometimes a change keeps your tastebuds more in tune) and/or the fineness of grind (some use a coarser grind, more suited to a perculator or french-press) or perhaps even the 'quality' of water used (perhaps consider a built-in double-filter system in your camper). Sometimes, an 'espresso' just needs a good clean, easiest is through a commercial dishwasher or time and labour of love by hand (aluminium ones tarnish & retain dirt much more). Go for awning window for sure! We have sliding and can't ever open it if there's even a dribble of rain as it comes straight in and into the door itself, behind the liner. And it's not even a decent size hole when you CAN open it! I'd love to replace ours with awning style! 😁
