Caroline was one of my closest friends. I worked with her for 13 years and fell in love with her as a close confidant. This last year has been so painful I can't begin to explain. I still collapse in tears even now and I have to see a psychiatrist to find good treatment for my severe depression. I feel your pain Danny. I don't think I will ever get over the agony, I will just have to learn to live with it. Stay strong sir.

You do need kindness. My brother took his life when he was 24. A beautiful soul who was bullied for it. This cataclysmic event changed the trajectory of my life. You must go back to a trauma specialist. You'll be massively traumatised by this, and you'll need support and trauma therapy. Only then can you grieve for your loss. Developing PTSD via suicide loss is not something id wish on anybody. Please take care. Also, atm you're vulnerable, at this time you do not need to share your shame. You do that amongst people who love you. Not vampires that get fed by your trauma. Xx

I suffer from mental health issues since I was 9yr old. Because its an invisible illness ppl don't know. I was always trying to please my friends. I was bullied in school. It took a lot out of my life. Danny thank you for posting thus video.
What you have jist done danny was magnificently brave. You wont really appreciate just how much you will have helped people open up to ther thoughts and struggles from watching and listening to you. Wow. I can’t tell you how much this has impacted my life. As a teacher If anything be kind and I will take that with me wherever I teach. If it saves even one life than you have done amazing. And here’s hoping that the media and life will change. It’s ok to not be ok.

People are so detached nowadays from who we really are innately that it causes such internal and external conflict. Therefore over evolution those that have the best adapted traits will survive. We are not so called selfish genes or we wouldn't have innate traits such as altruism. Also as humans we do not live in small groups anymore therefore the idea that subjucation of the poor is some sort of natural process is untrue. It's a social construction built on the false narrative of money. so therefore we have a kind false social hierarchy unlike animals.

I cried when Caroline Flack died. Such a waste. A beautiful soul, who made some mistakes. Who HASN'T made mistakes. You are a brave man....and I wish you nothing but happiness in your journey going forward. When I went through my Divorce, I was in the pits of he'll. The pain was so BAD, I just wanted OUT. But a little voice told me....your situation WILL get better! Pain never goes away, as quick as we would like, but it DOES Subside over time.

He says I have Hip dysplasia....only to b told by ths top hip surgeon,its too late,im now too old for the corrective,massive surgery. Its too risky,wont wrk.Hence in Nov 2019 I LET MYSELF B VULNERABLE & BREAK for the very 1st time in my 12yrs of hell,in fact for the 1st time in my life. All the 12yrs I forced myself to wear a facade just to keep others happy & giv me some sort of quality of life.But I'm severely broken due to xtreme, nervy, continuous hip & groin pain for 12yrs & ongoing.I always feel lucky for what I do have like my dight,sound,touch but constant intense pain is soul destroying. It's made me feel like a warrior tho to get to ths point.Altho to be a warrior, u must show ur VULNERABITY.I was born stoical tho so it's alien to me.I see an exc pain physc & shes teaching me how to be 'kinder to myself' aswell as to others! Cos all my life I've only ever wanted to help & show kind to others...but I frgt me. So I'm learning to do that now tho but I've a massive way to go. The sad thing is,society as a whole rarely have the TIME,RESPECT,CARE & KINDNESS for one another.Yet that's what's soo important. Let's all 'treat people as we like to be treated.' Takes a lot of courage (particularly as a man in these times and how society deems us weak for showing our emotions) to put your feelings out there such as you've done here mate. I'm not sure who you are (irrelevant now that I think of it), however you're evidently in the depths of grief here it seems. Wow! Very moving and so very true. We have all made mistakes, done things we spend our whole lives wishing we hadn’t. Like Caroline I believe that in a world where you can be anything, being kind matters most. Have always been a huge fan of your rugby, but the message you so honestly and vulnerably share with us here shows more importantly what a fine, principalled and strong man you are. Please don’t worry what people think of you, as a person or a rugby player, you can only control your own thoughts and actions... seems to me you are doing a pretty good job on that front. So so sad very brave of you to speak like this my son had just turned 16 a couple of weeks earlier before he took his own life his father was the final straw I can imagine what was said to him but he just wanted to be excepted that he was gay his father said you may aswel go kill yourself I so wish he would have rang me after this argument he knew I excepted him no matter what I guess he’d just had enough such a wasted life do I hate his father? It's sad to be truly kind you have to be friendly and humble and genuine. Empathy is the only way people have to treat people the way you want to be treated. People need not to be so self focused and think about people's feelings. People need to remember it's not all about them and have time for other people.

There’s so many people that could have ended up in the state this woman ended in. It’s heartbreaking and sickening. Danny listen my brother, I also have suffered I've had 15 year's now of serious wrong doing's been did to my Earthly life by other people and the mental health act, CORRUPT jealous Police officer from year's ago ruining my Earthly life with a wrong section for my whole life was robbed from me. My house burgurled of everything no insurance it had lapsed after loseing my 8 week old boy to a gold digger, I got robbed on the same night I was wrongly put in that scum bag Hospital of all I owned my office's also robbed. I had my own company that was robbed also bottom line somebody put me in that hospital wrongly to rob me of my hard worked for life. These last 3 year's after loseing all I worked for with no family no mum no dad nobody but good friend's that I'm lucky to have I've honestly Danny you won't believe all I've gone through, I don't even know how I'm still here. These fucking scum organization's that made these mistake's, thinking a sorry is ok are a joke. I'm now 3 year suicidal gave that illness by mental health act who discharged me with a sorry we made a mistake, but cost me all I worked for all i owned. I now have nothing no job no house I've been homeless not on street but my 6 bedroom home REPOSSESSED. I have no money struggle to eat no furniture I live on a bed I've no hope of ever getting back to the Ferrari owning 6 bedroom house business man I was before SCUM RUINED MY LIFE WRONGLY. My Earthly life DESTROYED BY OTHER'S, destroying my hard worked for Earthly life I'd made so nice before JEALOUS SCUM DESTROYED IT. These scum will be going to hell for all the wrong the suffering I've been subjected to wrongly on this Earthly World because of there mistake's THERE GAME'S there jealousy. We need to do things like stop selling out our services to profiteers whos only goal is making money at the expense of the people who contribute i.e privatizing and cutting public mental health services, probation, energy etc. Jacque Fresco has some good ideas in the Zeitgeist films real smart scientist who predicted alot of the destruction years ago. In fact its not even true capitalism with all the corperate welfare that goes on in this country. The sad thing is the powers that be will not let us they are happy to carry on destroying people and the planet all in the name of profit.

Because it's not a natural process like materialism. We as humans would not have thrived and survived if it was all for one and one for all. We are social animals or we wouldn't survive. I have studied evolution and what you are saying is not fully correct. Dominance hierarchies still persist in social groups which is innate I.e social status. So dominance heirarchies are somewhat innate but not Capitalism per se. For example indigenous studies show that the societies removed from capitalism are more equal less violent etc although they may have a loose dominance hierarchy which is another thing to think about. Caroline was one of my closest friends. I worked with her for 13 years and fell in love with her as a close confidant. This last year has been so painful I can't begin to explain. I still collapse in tears even now and I have to see a psychiatrist to find good treatment for my severe depression. I feel your pain Danny. I don't think I will ever get over the agony, I will just have to learn to live with it. Stay strong sir.

You do need kindness. My brother took his life when he was 24. A beautiful soul who was bullied for it. This cataclysmic event changed the trajectory of my life. You must go back to a trauma specialist. You'll be massively traumatised by this, and you'll need support and trauma therapy. Only then can you grieve for your loss. Developing PTSD via suicide loss is not something id wish on anybody. Please take care. Also, atm you're vulnerable, at this time you do not need to share your shame. You do that amongst people who love you. Not vampires that get fed by your trauma. Xx

Caroline, I never knew you and never have nor watched Love Island because I despise celebritism and reality programmes. In my opinion, they're self destructive and create more mental health issues than help as we've seen so many times. They glorify you but are quick to judge and bring you down. It affects whole families and the repercussions can be destructive and sometimes with no return ,as we now sadly know in Caroline's case.

Its too risky,wont wrk.Hence in Nov 2019 I LET MYSELF B VULNERABLE & BREAK for the very 1st time in my 12yrs of hell,in fact for the 1st time in my life. All the 12yrs I forced myself to wear a facade just to keep others happy & giv me some sort of quality of life.But I'm severely broken due to xtreme, nervy, continuous hip & groin pain for 12yrs & ongoing.I always feel lucky for what I do have like my dight,sound,touch but constant intense pain is soul destroying. It's made me feel like a warrior tho to get to ths point.Altho to be a warrior, u must show ur VULNERABITY.I was born stoical tho so it's alien to me.I see an exc pain physc & shes teaching me how to be 'kinder to myself' aswell as to others! Cos all my life I've only ever wanted to help & show kind to others...but I frgt me. So I'm learning to do that now tho but I've a massive way to go. The sad thing is,society as a whole rarely have the TIME,RESPECT,CARE & KINDNESS for one another.Yet that's what's soo important. Let's all 'treat people as we like to be treated.' I'm not sure who you are (irrelevant now that I think of it), however you're evidently in the depths of grief here it seems.
Don't bottle those feelings up brother, such is precisely why so many of us men die at such a young age - disguising our feelings, all too often numbing our emotions with alcohol and/or substances for fear of being seen as incompetent as a man and unworthy of the title for expressing our humanity - ironically by other men, most of the time.

So so sad very brave of you to speak like this my son had just turned 16 a couple of weeks earlier before he took his own life his father was the final straw I can imagine what was said to him but he just wanted to be excepted that he was gay his father said you may aswel go kill yourself I so wish he would have rang me after this argument he knew I excepted him no matter what I guess he’d just had enough such a wasted life do I hate his father? I still can’t believe the sun is allowed to even exist. Dan Wootan single-handedly ruined her, Johnny Depp and many others. There’s so many people that could have ended up in the state this woman ended in. It’s heartbreaking and sickening. Idk her but I remember her name and this sickening media publications of her moments before. It needs to stop!!

I can imagine the confusion he has growing up as a mixed race person who is white passing & constantly having to explain or “prove” himself. A lot of kids with mixed heritage have to deal with this psychological issue. It’s sad what happened to Caroline too

Danny listen my brother, I also have suffered I've had 15 year's now of serious wrong doing's been did to my Earthly life by other people and the mental health act, CORRUPT jealous Police officer from year's ago ruining my Earthly life with a wrong section for my whole life was robbed from me. My house burgurled of everything no insurance it had lapsed after loseing my 8 week old boy to a gold digger, I got robbed on the same night I was wrongly put in that scum bag Hospital of all I owned my office's also robbed. I had my own company that was robbed also bottom line somebody put me in that hospital wrongly to rob me of my hard worked for life. These last 3 year's after loseing all I worked for with no family no mum no dad nobody but good friend's that I'm lucky to have I've honestly Danny you won't believe all I've gone through, I don't even know how I'm still here. These fucking scum organization's that made these mistake's, thinking a sorry is ok are a joke. I'm now 3 year suicidal gave that illness by mental health act who discharged me with a sorry we made a mistake, but cost me all I worked for all i owned. I now have nothing no job no house I've been homeless not on street but my 6 bedroom home REPOSSESSED. I have no money struggle to eat no furniture I live on a bed I've no hope of ever getting back to the Ferrari owning 6 bedroom house business man I was before SCUM RUINED MY LIFE WRONGLY. My Earthly life DESTROYED BY OTHER'S, destroying my hard worked for Earthly life I'd made so nice before JEALOUS SCUM DESTROYED IT. These scum will be going to hell for all the wrong the suffering I've been subjected to wrongly on this Earthly World because of there mistake's THERE GAME'S there jealousy. My faith Danny as a Roman Catholic man has got me through some of the darkest time's, our Father Jesus love's his good Son's and Daughter's Danny so remember this. Caroline Flack's death rocked me so hard I felt it only right to deliver her some flower's to her home's in islington and fleetwood. I honestly am sad at how cruel this World has become, Caroline is and was an Earthly Angel as she now will be in Heaven Amen. Remember Brother Danny when thing's get difficult never give up let's all pray for all our Good Brother's and Sister's who have taken there Earthly life's by Suicide, let's pray they rest in peace safe in Heaven with our ever loveing Father Jesus and our ever growing ever loveing Heavenly Family. Danny your doing good the world heres you. Your not weak. Depression is real suicide is a reality. SHAME? by whose standard? Express dont suppress. Your not going to do the same as your freind because you are strong and you will carry the light of Caroline for the world to see how beautiful she truely was. Some ppl are just to sensitive for this world. My best freind the same she told nobody commited suicide 5 years ago. @@MediaExposuresSorry I dont have all the answers but basically we need to adopt a whole new societal model that rejects individualistic, selfish, meaningless ideals such as money. We need to do things like stop selling out our services to profiteers whos only goal is making money at the expense of the people who contribute i.e privatizing and cutting public mental health services, probation, energy etc.
Jacque Fresco has some good ideas in the Zeitgeist films real smart scientist who predicted alot of the destruction years ago.
In fact its not even true capitalism with all the corperate welfare that goes on in this country. The sad thing is the powers that be will not let us they are happy to carry on destroying people and the planet all in the name of profit.

Capitalism is about money and money is printed it's an arbitrary concept. Why do you think money doesn't make people happy? Because it's not a natural process like materialism. We as humans would not have thrived and survived if it was all for one and one for all. We are social animals or we wouldn't survive. I have studied evolution and what you are saying is not fully correct.
Dominance hierarchies still persist in social groups which is innate I.e social status. So dominance heirarchies are somewhat innate but not Capitalism per se.
For example indigenous studies show that the societies removed from capitalism are more equal less violent etc although they may have a loose dominance hierarchy which is another thing to think about. Like dimporphism and sexual selection different animals depending on thier environment I.e mate availability etc have different body sizes and strategies i.e deers mate in hareems, swans mate for life etc.

I feel enormous empathy for her friend who popped out to the shop to find herself locked out of Caroline's flat and for her father who had to come and force entry to make grim discovery.
