I'd like to think she wasn't friends with this idiot but she did have a relationship with Andrew Brady and that has tarnished the peculiar sadness I've been feeling over this persons passing. I didn't watch Love Island, X Factor, Celebrity jungle, or follow her online so it's only Strictly where I'd have been aware of her and of course she won it. Only been a week or so but for some reason she is at the forefront of my mind? Keep seeking out more and more now she's gone. It's like I was happy to know she was around, that was enough. Very strange behaviour for me, I haven't lost a loved one ridiculous to keep getting teary eyed. Perhaps Cipriani and her would've been a better match, I think he's right it was largely embarrassment she couldn't bare. I just wish she could've distracted herself and got through it, not resorting to this. Caroline Flack what have you done to me?! We'll be having words if there's an After -sun- life!
I'm not familiar with her or her background, but you do know that you're doing exactly what everybody is saying we shouldn't be doing nowadays? She was asked to discuss this by the host Anne Diamond. She answered.

Vincent Gelder well actually she did at first refer to Caroline and simply gave her own experience of negative, abusive trolls which in this context was wholly relevant to the discussion ,so why are you putting this negative spin on it? She was invited to speak on the panel to discuss various topics on the news ,not just about Caroline Flack.
My friend who's 14 year old daughter killed herself was mentioned to her, She and her mates attacked him on Instagram like hyenas. She is a very nasty person!
Ive never liked Nicola. Shes clearly profiting from poor Carolines death. I'm not convinced for a second she was as good a friend to Caroline as she's making out. She's a parasite and a bully.
She was already booked to appear on the show so she’s not profiting from it at all. How ironic that there are so many nasty comments under this video which just highlights what they are talking about.

These z-listers sure love to crawl out of the woodwork for any sort of attention, even if it means faking a relationship after the death of someone. Sociopathic and sick. RIP Caroline.
Only for the ones who went to war by force, not by choice. If you go to war for money, if you join such a disgusting thing as the military for money and for career choice, then you should be forgotten.
Caroline said in the statement her mother released, that she’d been struggling her whole life. It was no one’s “fault”. And if you’re going to blame the media, then we need to blame the public for attacking her along with them and her friends who didn’t publically support her during the trial, only came forward after her death.
The media were disgusting, as were all those morons on twitter, calling this young woman a C**t and telling her she is hated. They all tightened the screws on this poor girl's who mental health was so fragile.
A close friend of mine died, I cried every time their name was mentioned, for months. She doesn't look very upset to me The real friends are the ones mourning away from the cameras, not these twats that are only trying to boost their own profile. Compare this woman to Olly Murs, that's the difference between a true friend who's devastated and someone just cashing in
Olly was quite late in his Twitter tribute because I'm sure he was hurting a lot. That's one friendship that clearly should have moved to relationship.
@@Filumz It should have, makes me sad when I think of how happy her life could have been if they'd got together, maybe that's what tore her up deep down, the one that got away 😥

If all these people cared about her or were worried about her , where were they? Too busy being famous and posting on social media, that's where! Why didn't her agent take her off social media and out of the spotlight? Fame and money that's why! People should stop worrying about what other people think and getting adoration from people they don't even know. Unfortunately social media and media in general is cruel, they won't stop, so if you are easily upset come off!! From the little I have read about Caroline she seemed to crave love and someone to take care of her and protect her in whatever form and sadly they didn't appear.x
Sophie Gafney she is a grown woman her agent is not her mama why should she have to quit everything over things bullies were doing and saying to her and about her people like you are part of the problem you wanna take people off their social media when they are the victims instead of going after the people causing the harm and making them accountable and punishing them
I was a victim of spousal abuse and I wanted to recant my evidence. The police had enough evidence to go ahead without mine. I was coerced by my ex husband even although he wasn’t allowed to contact me, he managed it. It was that intervention that got me away from him when I was 26 I’m 51 now and glad I escaped. If she had not committed a violent domestic assault on her sleeping partner then there wouldn't of been a trial, or the media interest. Facts are a police patrol attended the home, she was arrested for ABH, on her sleeping partner. If her partner had assaulted her and later committed suicide would people be up in arms over that or branding him a wife beater???? An violent offender is a violent offender regardless of gender
Ok, how about these facts..... 1 there was a violent domestic dispute 2 the police were called 3 she was arrested and charged. 4 CPS decide there was enough evidence against her to go ahead with prosecution. So would you be defending a male accused of the same crime with the above known facts????????

mel grant it becomes tacky and disingenuous when people keep going on and on about it. It’s been a week and we all know Caroline was much loved and won’t be forgotten. We don’t need fame seekers profiteering off Caroline to remind us she isn’t forgotten - end of.
For the record, ask any decent social worker why the CPS decided to prosecute anyway and also to stop her and the victim (her boyfriend) from having contact is because when two people have been in an abusive relationship it is common for one of the people involved to be under the control of the other and maybe so scared of that person that they will say they do not want to press charges. When it is the man that has abused a woman this is taken as read by people, but when the boot is on the other foot in these times of equality, for some reason these well read journo's seem to forget this well known fact. Funny how that happens in it.
John Stockton yes I know this abuse happens my brother suffered all kinds of abuse from his girlfriend she killed herself because she did not want to be known as a violent person and lose her career she was a coward if a violent man had done this I feel sorry for boyfriend as he being forced say that she was innocent as med it loves their tv star he was less well known s
@@laurenpaterson3475 Yep. He'll be vilified if he says unkind things regardless of if they're true or false. He's 'maybe' just taking the path of least resistance and I can't hold that against him. We have to remember also that we don't know the whole truth and she is still someone's little girl. No matter what the circumstances are no one should have to lose a child like this and then to have everyone talking about your child on TV and radio just keeping the pain alive must be horrific. My heart goes out to her parents.
The CPS were applying best practice. The 3 month restriction that had been put in place is often to allow the victim time to recover and realise that they are being manipulated and like you stated; under control. Suicide and self harm isn’t usually a spur of the moment occurrence.. She most likely had demons and an undiagnosed mental health problem prior to the press attack.
Looks like everyone who knew her is going to be jumping on the band wagon with their “stories” and making money out of her death whether on tv or in the newspapers. The CPS are not to blame. Had it been a man that did it to a woman it would have been a whole different ball game. I’m saddened to hear about Caroline Flack but no one should be blamed for another person’s death. I’m saddened that she thought taking her own life was the only option she had left.
Firstly....if you were that worried about her...why didn't you go and stay with her while she was so vulnerable? Secondly...she was a serial abuser who used a weapon on someone while they were ASLEEP. Thirdly...it wasn't the Press or Social media that killed her..she knew that her past would be laid out in a court case and couldn't face the truth and watch her career? disappear down the toilet. The unfortunate thing is that laws apply to women as well as men......the C.P.S. will prosecute on hard evidence whether it's a male or female defendant... But what's really cheap is people talking about her whilst making money doing so...perhaps their salary should go to anger management charities.....
@@laurenpaterson3475 That's my point....why didn't those so called "friends " go to her when she was at her most vulnerable. Stay with her while she was at her lowest... And before you say I don't know what I'm on about......I've been there....
Horrifying when you feel trapped , your in a dark room with no way out or forward. She couldn't live with the shame of what she did. It seems she was going to plead guilty.
What she did wasn’t that bad! It was her celebrity that was the problem and how it would, unreasonably in my opinion, effect her career. So sad. #bekind

@blahblahwhatever blah The thing is Caroline had abused more than one man. Let's be real - what does that say. What is says shouldn't be different now she is dead. She clearly had issues.
Why is she not looking at the camera or making eye contact with anyone? She's coming across not very genuine.. How "close" was she really to Caroline? This seems like her excuse for camera time. I wonder if she got paid to appear on the panel
The law has been changed to prosecute regardless of the victims statement due to domestic abuse victims in the past being too scared to press charges. This law protects men too as now we acknowledge abuse of men. She would have been found guilty with mitigating circumstances. She was throwing things around and it hit him in the head. Regardless she shud have had her privacy like anyone else. I'm sure if u plead guilty you don't have to go to trial. I'm sure she did so why was there going to be a trial? Scott Peacock Why are you grieving for someone you never met? Virtue signalling much. Why should people have respect for a celebrity who physically abused her partner ? And Caroline wasnt a household name at all. There are almost 70 million people living in the uk. Only around 4.5 Million people watched the show in each week in 2020. The show is for really dumb people in my opinion. I never heard of Caroline Flack until i heard about her hitting her boyfriend. Its sad that a women ended her life. But why pretend you care about someone you dont even know and never met? Thats just weird. Plenty of people you never met commit suicide every day. Do you cry for them too ?

Would a male celebrity receive the same positive coverage if he had been facing court for allegedly attacking his girlfriend ? There seems to be a case of double standards with celebrity’s thinking they are above the law and a belief that it’s not possible for a female to be a domestic abuser in the same way a man is . It’s still a great shame she felt the only way out was to take her own life . RIP 🙏
Marian Hanson Confidence Coach I can understand her friends and colleagues having a positive reaction when talking about her but we must treat domestic abuse cases equally to send over the right message to how domestic abuse is dealt with . You can’t make exceptions for celebrity’s which is how the coverage comes across . If the police and CPS feel they have enough evidence to prosecute then who is anyone to question that ? In the end her boyfriend did want her to face the court which was very noble and loving of him and often happens in domestic abuse cases were the partner attacked doesn’t want to press charges but that still doesn’t make it right if she did attack him and why did he phone the police in the first place ? Again it’s very sad she took her own life , but celebrity pals should not defend her by attacking the police and the CPS who were only doing the right thing and treating every alleged domestic abuse case as equal . That’s why we have courts to decide these things it’s not for celebrity’s to be judge & jury
Exactly if this story would've been the other way around and it was the Man who was the abuser who took his life NOBODY would've felt bad or sorry for him! Sexist Double Standards!! Smfh 🤦🏽♂️
We don't know what actually happened, I wouldn't accuse someone man or woman of being abuser without evidence of persistent behaviour. Also it was her blood, she was hurting herself more that night, they had an unfortunate argument and public hung her before the trail and then her boyfriend asks that it is dropped and court goes ahead, and why? Because of public pressure, because there is so many examples of real victims of abuse who would ask that charges are dropped against their abuser and it was dropped. It was trial by public and prosecution was going on a witch hunt
Please please everyone stop talking about it I lost a son to suicide let her family grieve they won't want to listen to all of these peoplemy heart goes out to them .
@The Spires College TributeI totally agree with you. It's not the first time either that she was violent to a boyfriend. Yes she needed help but she still deserved to answer for what she did. If there was no evidence, the CPS wouldn't have touched it.

It is NOT the Media, or Internet, her death is due to the CPS perusing the "witch hunt"of the last few years on the obsession with "abuse", by doing so they took away everything she loved, and gave a very sweet, kind, beautiful, loving person , that was very vulnerable at her lowest point the only option she felt she had, her death is at the hands of everyone involved in perusing that trial, and I for one will NEVER forgive them,

This guys talking about why did CPS pursue it when loverboy had dropped charges (obviously he’s manipulative if it’s not true ) , they pursue it because if a woman was beaten by her partner, they often drop charges as the partner is full of apologies “I won’t do it again etc etc” so the police now often pursue charges regardless .
sargon of akkad has a story about a woman who glassed a man in the face on a night out in london only a few weeks back, she got found not guilty. caroline probaly had not much to worry about, its not like she would face hard time
My friend passed away 2 years from suicide, to this day I can't speak about her without getting upset. I'm not a troll, I'm not hear to be nasty but this interview doesn't appear to be genuine at all.
What really annoys me is how everyone seems to be saying "Caroline is an abuser" or "cps know what they're doing" fact is, none of us know the real story, only the people who were there. The right thing to do would be to take on the old phrase "if you've nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all"
What really annoys me is that we only 'never know what really happened' when it's a woman on the chopping block over physical domestic abuse, while a woman accuses a man of doing something in 1983 and it's all 'hashtag believewomen'..
@@harryirene1 Their are injustices on both sides, both for male and female victims. The facts in this case will and have come to light. Her ex would have been supported, if he continued with the "she's trying to kill me" statement. However, he's now said that this was out of context and has repeatedly said she didn't abuse him and that the picture of him that night, showed no marks of injury. Only Caroline's blood found at the scene. So, in this case, it's not straightforward to say her intentions were to hurt him or just herself.
The point I'm making Jo is there are never all these appeals for new laws when the injustices go against men. There is never any impartiality in these situations, people respond differently based on the sexes of those involved. Had Lewis Burton been arrested and charged with ABH against Caroline Flack, there would be no calls for his privacy, no media black outs, no advocates for 'Burton's Law', guilty or otherwise.

The law has been changed to prosecute regardless of the victims statement due to domestic abuse victims in the past being too scared to press charges.
RIP 🙏
Yes I agree violence took place if she was abusing him Ned to stop
Marian Hanson Confidence Coach agreed we all have flaws , but attacking your partner shouldn’t be one of them
Exactly if this story would've been the other way around and it was the Man who was the abuser who took his life NOBODY would've felt bad or sorry for him!
It was trial by public and prosecution was going on a witch hunt

chronic anxiety is a serious illness, people don't understand the pain, suffering in silence and then you snap, you are no longer in control like a bomb exploding
Sorry but I never read any of the press about Caroline, I don’t click on people who are attacked by the press, because I can see how the media works. I never watched live island either but I did see Caroline presenting the x factor etc and thought she was a hard working, extremely good presenter
She would have been alright. People go to court all the time. Admit it, do some rehab time and the focus would have turned from her quickly
sargon of akkad has a story about a woman who glassed a man in the face on a night out in london only a few weeks back, she got found not guilty. caroline probaly had not much to worry about, its not like she would face hard time
It's SAD RIP CAROLINE
💔😓💔💐.. so YOUNG still
My friend passed away 2 years from suicide, to this day I can't speak about her without getting upset. I'm not a troll, I'm not hear to be nasty but this interview doesn't appear to be genuine at all.
What really annoys me is how everyone seems to be saying "Caroline is an abuser" or "cps know what they're doing" fact is, none of us know the real story, only the people who were there. The right thing to do would be to take on the old phrase "if you've nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all"
Absolutely agree with u there's no need for trolling ppl i dont care who they are its not right!!
You know it as well as I do - Ask Johnny Depp.
@@harryirene1 you have a point. But probably best made on your own thread. This is totally unrelated to my comment.
Let’s focus on the media? Says the fame hungry Nicola.
SO TRUE!!! 🤣
Batters her boyfriend whilst he's asleep and everyone's pittying her ,don't get it ,then this woman making money on the back of it ! Whole thing is toxic .
'allegedly' - it was never proven. by the sounds of things the papers massively exaggerated the incident.
She was innocent of what the papers created about her
It was still an ongoing investigation before she took her life. She hadn’t even gone to the court.
@@carlybrownx the police don't arrest and charge someone if they don't have enough evidence ... my son was a victim of abuse by his ex wife, he didn't want to get her into trouble either ...
@@shersmith5996 it seems in this case most of the blood came from her
getting women to stop being catty , is like holding back the ocean with a broom !
She says we need better rules and regulations... but the police have done nothing But followed the rules and legal regulations to a T on this sad case and then the police are blamed for not dropping the case .... blaming the police is 100% wrong I believe
I don't reallty know what I think of nicola mclean, but clearley some people don't like her. The thing I agree with is that someones so called "friends" suddenly come out of the woodwork and say all these nice things about them. I'm not saying Nicola was a bad friend, but there are people who claim to be a "friend" but you do question if this was the case because the person did resort to suicide. How much were they there for them? From what I have learnt most people don't bother with you when you are down but will freely take up your time with all their problems.
You make very good points! The problem lies, I think, when they've made their mind up. They stop reaching out and tend to have a feeling of peace and relief come over them which comes across as being a false improvement on their situation. I feel for the friend who last saw Caroline x
All these comments below just prove what Nicola is talking about
I am sure that a lot of people here are “Caroline Flak”
All those people should work together and stop all those bullies.
There are so many of them on this page & it sickening hun
Al the blabbering about accountability and nasty behavior and yet NOT ONE mention of what Flack was alleged to have inflicted on her boyfriend. What kind of maniac attacks a sleeping person and cracks a lamp over their skull ??
I’m not trolling just being honest ... can’t stand this woman. Her motives always seem off somehow.
Why is she so certain that she wasn't guilty if she wasn't even there ? I'm not saying she was but that's very presumptuous of her just because she was a friend of hers
Indeed, I think the reason she killed herself wasn't due to so-called ‘trolling’, but the fact she knew she was going to be found guilty in her upcoming trial.
People assume she is a domestic abuser but they were not there cuts both ways
tcvt tcvt Caroline told her what had really happened. So she says.
mark duchey I think it was more the fact she would lose the jobs she adored and she was made resign, plus knowing she would never be employable again on TV . She often said work stops he feeling depressed and worrying, she loves working as its a great distraction. So she sat with nothing in a real state of anxiety! Only fame left was none stop news papers etc etc.
@@paulaslife3781 I completely agree with your comment, when you loose everything you love, in her case her job, and your depressed, AND you have the vial CPS on a witch hunt! with this decades obsession with the "abuse" rubbish, she had no chance, her death lies fully at the hands of everyone involved with pursuing that case against her, not that they will care,The court system in the UK is corrupt, and thinks it is above everyone, it is about time the British public woke up and took back control of the UK and put a stop to these power crazed organisations, Caroline was a sweet, kind, beautiful, loving, and sometimes vulnerable person, it was NOT the Media , or internet, it was the CPS that are responsible for her death, and the public needs to REMEMBER that.FACT.
Nicola is the kind of person you'd want around AFTER a crisis.
Why? To make it all about her? You where being sarcastic in your comment, right?
Deeply affected? Oh yes, I'm deeply affected. Deeply, deeply affected.
Devastated? Oh yes definitely devastated, definitely, devastated,
Shocked and saddened ? Yes shocked and saddened too. Shocked and saddened.
Traumatized? Yep, that too
You feel like there's a huge part of your life just gone in such a terrible, tragic, way? Yep, and that.
This woman was the biggest troll to Kim Woodburn. Pot !! kettle !!R.I.P. Caroline Flack.
A true friend would have been round her house talking with her and not just sending a text message.. What a load of sh*t McLean is coming out with Big Brother for starters LMFAO
I wonder if Caroline was as terrified as her boyfriend was, when she was trying to bash his skull in with a lamp, hhhmmmm...
I need a lolly or ice-cream
Yep, it was the man's fault she smashed a lamp over his head when he was asleep! Caroline is the real victim here and I'd be saying the same if the sexes were switched, honest!
@@harryirene1This has to be sarcasm, lol!!...
How could you tell? :)
@@harryirene1 ha ha, sometimes I'm quick on the uptake *wink*
It's so contradictory of Nicola to complain about trolls when some of the tweets she posts are of a similar nature. What is her talent? What is she famous for? What gives her the right to even be on this TV show in the first place talking about a person who actually had many talents and good future ahead
Who is she anyway??
@@princessjulia5646 Exactly
Could Lewis Burton explain exactly what happened so people can know the truth.
I never liked magazines and newspapers, never bought them. People leaving nasty comments are insecure, they say some things about others, as they feel like that about themselves. Be kind.
She’s a lawyer now too!
Caroline RIP. Even after her tragic death the vultures of mindless rubbish are feeding of her tragedy.
The public often show interest when they see a famous person walking down the street or shopping in the supermarket etc. So Caroline being a famous person, charged with domestic abuse and about to be put on trial for it, was definitely in the public's interest.
Loads of contestants from the Love Island and X-Factor said they won't do any interviews because they weren't as close to Caroline and it's not right to speak about her. Who is she?
That Cretan tries to get her 5 mins of fame everytime there is a tragedy 😡
If you can't take the heat ladies, get out of the kitchen....nobody forced you [or Flack] to take those HUGE sums of money you're all paid to be on the tele....IT'S ALL BY YOUR OWN CHOICE !! Change jobs, retire, quit, change industries etc
How many men have been put in the same meat grinder by women? She shouldn't of have hit her fella.
What a disgusting show of ‘strength ‘
How disingenuous and fake of her, I didn't feel an ounce of emotion in her voice about how deeply affected she is...air time at such as distressing time for most of all her family. Despicable 🤔
Well said Nicola McLean and you kept Carolines privacy and dignity intact
Social media - get off it
The irony of this post is rather amusing... as RUclips *is* social media.
Shut down you account then Ian, RUclips is social media, lol
Yea get off it Ian...you tool.
Nicola bullied Kim Woodburn in CBB, saying “thank god you’ve never been a mother” when Kim lost a baby. Now she’s sticking up for Caroline Flack for the same thing she said to Kim.
people are criticising nicola for bad things she’s said or done but doesn’t calling someone horrible or evil or saying they exploited a death for personal gain make you as bad as them ? if you have a problem with people’s bad actions, don’t reflect them
