Don’t get me wrong though the remaster one does seem fun to play and I like the better graphics but the original is definitely a classic, especially the music

I fully agree and am quite disappointed. This version of the theme was much more memorable. It was terrifying hearing it back in the day. The modern remake of this theme lost its magic.
If there were a movie of this game. It should be well made. I think Tim Burton would be a great director for a medievil movie since it's a morbid game (you are a affing squeleton). Tim Burton can make good non-musical movies.

Played the first one again recently first time in years such a great game.
My condolences for those who legitimaly got too scared of the Stained glass demon when they first encountered him, myself included

Love the way the stain glass demon was animated in stop motion style.
The Haunted Ruins ended with that soundtrack all the way from unleashing the lava to escaping the ruin with a launch.
