This wasn’t the video I meant to release today 😂😂 I made this like 11 months ago
Oh lol, it did help tho! XD
Already thought that xD
Task failed successfully:
What insignia tvs are you using?
@@hornettheatres2315 not sure of their model number, just some generic 40” model
happy new year! hopefully you can get to 50k this year, well with your content and vids in general you should be able to lol
I’m aiming for 100k. Go big or go home 🤝
@@OCRacing yes! Then we can get that face reveal! Also I hope you get 100k you definitely deserve it
I have had my TS XW Racer for some years now and just now when watching this video I realized that my wheel also has multi directional pad :DD came here because thinking about changing wheel to this round one so it would be more suitable for drifting, maybe some day :)
I purchased a TX leather edition a month ago along with the Ferrari f1 rim and TH8A shifter. Still eating in the Mail for all of them but I cannot wait! This time is definite next on my list
Surprised you managed to get an order in for the f1 rim 😮
@@OCRacing I was VERY lucky I had been checking every day for almost two months. Ordered it a couple weeks ago and ETA is Jan 20! I cannot wait
i think you can mount the shifter paddle on the other side of the mount so it can be closer
Happy new year OC!
You as well John! Thanks for watching
Nice looking wheel. At 30" it's a good size too. If I were a Thrustmaster wheel base user, I'd get one.
13" LMAO 🤣 (33cms)
@@MagicAyrtonforever oops... my mistake. 30KM ;)
But thanks for that.
@@wwjnz9263 30KM LMAO 🤣
Happy new years! 🎉
Same to you! Let’s make this a good one 🤝
Good to see you starting to get lots of subs
Slowly but surely 😅
I sold the 383 a year ago, too big and heavy, and after 1 year of use it was still staining black, the thickness is the best it has, I advise the magnetic change mod. For rally I have an original 30 cm OMP, in real leather, and it is a pleasure ...
What wheelbase are you using with the OMP?
@@OCRacingTM T-GT ... it will be 4 years old shortly and it continues just as well, I have it and I don't see it, it is behind the central monitor, already before with a TX base I used a 25cm extension and until today it is perfect, I notice quite the difference from a 33/32 steering wheel to 30/31/29 cm, Inertia and more physical laws play against us, even if you have the most powerful and fastest base in the world, gravity will be the same, which They have DirectDrive they also notice it, I would say that more, I am not going to go into mathematical formulation, but it is clear that the faster you go, the more difficult it is to brake ... the bases that carry mechanical reduction are not so bad ... an engine of A directDrive with reduction and another motor with mechanical acceleration would be ideal ...
Hi, nice video and happy new year
I've got the R383 wheel myself for half a year now, and can agree with everything you said except of one thing: I didn't like the feel of the paddles, but that's probably because I had already used my G920 with a magnetic paddle shifter mod before, what just made shifting feel much better for me. I tried the sparco wheel once without a magnetic mod and then put it on, feels great imo.
But I know this point is just up to personal preference
Do you know if there is a magnetic shifter mod available for this wheel rim?
@@OCRacing I know I'm late, but there is on Etsy.
I agree good vid oc!
Thanks for watching!
The Sparco 383 wheel is a very Solid. I picked it up with a $40 discount over the holiday. 100% agree on your review. I am currently testing it over the Holidays with a new TS-XW base. I may very well end up returning everything and waiting for what looks like a superior and better value Fanatec CSL-DD. I am greedy and because of the price of the TS-XW can't find a good reason to keep it... Lol..
What price did you pay for the TS-XW?
@@OCRacing I did pay some "BS COVID TAX) About $950 Canadian From Canada Computers Retailer with a nice Holiday return policy.. ...
So for about $300-350 more I think I can get the equivalent in Fanatec and make my own 200W boost kit with an off the shelt 200W LED driver power supply... But I think the Sparco wheels are better than the low end Fanatec......
@@ysiadpir1423 Interesting... well good luck with that! Let me know if you end up making the jump

Happy New Year...
Happy Covid...
And Happy Racing. Cheers.
if i not mistaken,
the more bigger the wheel, the more sensitivity we can steer the car, right?
the less force use to turning the bigger wheel compare to small wheel
BTW
nice video
I try searching the R389 Sparco Steering review cuz there someone near area me want to sell this steering
Currently i using T300 Gt edition and Ferrari 599XX EVO steering. which for me 28 cm steering is quite small steering
Do u think that it would be too big for racing with group c cars?
If I get rich at some point of my life, I will, probably, by that wheel rim and a thrustmaster wheel that is compatible with that
Let’s make it happen this year 🤝
My only problem with mine is that it’s way to big to mount on a stand without angling it up. I got the challenge seat so my legs do angle up. Still a awesome wheel good video
I’ve had that same problem in a few occasions
Hey brother what monitors are you running here?
can it be used for f1 and forza related games?
How much would it cost to adapt this wheel for use on a Simucube 2 pro? I’m very new to sim racing; Just ordered the wheelbase and a Simucube’s own wireless wheel; but eventually need a round rally wheel.
For the same price i wonder how it compares to the new WRC fanatec wheel.
Would be a very interesting comparison
I have the wrc wheel, i just wished the sparco would work on fanatec, as its bigger then the wrc wheel. The wrc wheel is great, but it's just a p1 with alcantara
@@azamat19 Fanatec has made Ford Puma Rally1's wheel with Sparco stuff. I wonder whether they would sell those to the public like the BMW M4 GT3 wheel or not
Dope vid! Its sad they put plastic on a 200 dollar thing, but as you said, it does the job
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks for watching 🤝
2:43 spotted the Red Bull shirt, hehe
😈
Will this work with t248
i think i might get this wheel and hook up i racing
Sounds like fun!
I've been using this wheel without gloves for about a month now 😂 I better go get some gloves
Uh oh 😰
happy new years
Happy New Years! Wishing you the best
Great video, I just have a question about Thrustmaster products. Where can I purchase Thrustmaster products when they don't ship to Canada. BestBuy doesn't seem to have anything except the the t150 and T248. Looking for something like T300RS GT
It's really tricky to get a hold of (older) Thrustmaster products at the moment. I've also been trying to ge the T300 but I haven't seen any on sale for a decent price. I would wait a few more months until they release they're DD wheel. I'm assuming more wheel rims will be in stock by then.
I use a Logitech G923 Trueforce steering base but with a custom universal 70mm flat dish suede sports wheel. If I want I can switch between the original Logitech wheel or a custom wheel because of a 3D printed quick release adapter. I found this solution was cheaper then a Trustmaster set. But by the looks of this specific wheel I would possibly think twice when it was available a while back. Surely looks like a nice wheel and really cool that Sparco decided to work together with a Sim Racing company. Hopefully more cool stuff to come from TM together with Sparco. Thanks for the vid
Thanks for watching & happy new year!
Putting a bigger wheel on the Logitech steering wheels reduces the already weak force feedback. The thrustmaster T300RS has alot more power. Also the t300rs with 3 pedals costs the same as a G923.
@@drbass9677 send me some money and ill buy the thrustmaster lol
Can someone tell me if this wheel has the suede stitched or just glued? For this price I guess this is stitched. But it is not well visible from the video review. If this is glued, can someone tell what the durability is after long-term use?
It's not stitched. Better to convert GT steering wheel to a larger one using the simpush kit. Much much cheaper and better quality.
Hey OC, can you make a video about fixing the flash fire suzuka 900r shifter? my reverse gear is where my 4th gear should be and i either have no 4th gear when i play or my 3th gear when i play.
I don’t think he will, as the 900r is a very cheap wheel so it’s probably bound to not be the most reliable thing, the shifter probably just broke
@@Hal9023 it’s working now, it’s a old comment
@@lushiiiiii ok, good to hear
Worth to buy ? How is quality ?
Good quality! I would say it’s worth it if you can get it at $200 or below
@@OCRacing 189 euros 🤔
@@VidiSLTU yep
For some reason my paddle shift on the left does not connect.
Frustrating
Would you be able to post a video comparing all the pedals you currently have? I would love to see the Logitech, T-3PA and T-LCM pedals compared directly against each other.
I’ll add that to the to-do list!
@@OCRacing Thanks
Starting to research sim rallying. Is there a wheel that's like a real WRC. Right paddle only with up/down shift? The real one has a small left paddle but that's just used for the wipers.
Not that I am aware of unfortunately
Good point…I use separate sequential shifter for rally and never thought about using a paddle shifter for the wipers!👍 I’m always fumbling for the button
they have just relased a paddle to do that and it fits most wheels. take a look on RD for an news piece about it
Hello theeeree (Cringy Guy saying Nice video!)
Hi cringey guy saying nice video!
@@OCRacing Thaaaaonk Yaouoo!
This wheel works for gt7?
No, you would need a PlayStation compatible wheelbase. If you have that, then you would be able to use this wheel on that wheelbase with GT7
I whould love this for dirt rally 2.0 and dirt 5 but I have a t150 so I don't need it
Great wheel but the suede would get heavily damaged with a few hours of driving with sweaty rally hands in case you don't feel like wearing gloves. Also, they easily could've covered the buttonplate plastic with the carbon fiber overlay but they chose not to, why the F would they do that?? It would cost like $0.2 more in production costs
Yeah, it’s definitely a wheel you’ll want to use with gloves :/
No way , I don't use gloves and have raced this wheel a year already, no issues at all , it's held up amazing! I don't mind a little black on my hands from the wheel , I mean that's what soap and water is for !! Great wheel
Thrustmaster definitely needs to release that button box as a separate addon
It would be interesting but it wouldn’t really work with their current ecosystem
Considering that it's not a real sparco wheel. Its completely hollow on inside. Because the weight of the real sparco 383 would not be good for all those plastic thurstmaster parts.
Interesting… not sure how heavy the real one is 🤔
Why do people get add on wheels
Some wheels are better for certain things
Why do people buy different controllers?
good soup
Indeed 🍜
hey :)
Hey! Happy new year :)
