In my opinion one of the world’s finest fine dining Chefs, a chef of chefs , wish I hadn’t retired due too I’ll health , would have worked for him just for the experience for no pay just the learning experience I should add I started washing pots at 13 in my school holidays, then a year as a silver service waiter , then Three years as an apprentice chef , then thirty years working my way up to be a head chef , I was neither the greatest or the worst chef , but too any aspiring chef please listen too this man’s advice , back in the day we would refer too a man like this as the “ Old Man “ which was an absolute sign of respect , and believe me he is a dying bread , one day I’ll eat in his restaurant at the Ritz , one day I hope , God Bless You Chef 👩‍🍳 my hat goes out too you 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
