    At 25:02 you had: pawn takes g6, Knight d4 to f5 protecting the other Knight and threatening the bishop. Then take g7 with bishop and it's a beautiful trap. Watching your games is fun.

    • @RulezAPower
      @RulezAPower 4 года назад

      Better knight C5 first, which also attacks the queen, then you can go to this beautiful sequence

    • @RulezAPower
      @RulezAPower 4 года назад

      And if bishop takes bishop, attacking your queen, then you can simply go to queen takes and opponent's queen is still attacked and the same sequence may happen or at least winning the queen for a knight.

    • @RulezAPower
      @RulezAPower 4 года назад

      Knight G4, attacking your queen and bishop, simply bishop takes with check and then queen F4, attacking the knight and opponent's queen is still attacked. If Knight d5, trying to counterattack your queen once again, you may even consider knight takes knight, just so your queen won't let go of this very powerful diagonal, even though you'll let a queen go. At least you're a piece up and your attack is still deadly, and also, you can return the knight to E7 if needed, so that they protect each other again.

    In game 3, you have mate in 12 that DOES start with bishop takes g7 (and interestingly I was only able to get the engine to find this forced checkmate on a higher depth), but the queen sacrifice does not work unfortunately, you calculated everything up until you give that check with the pawn, and even though the king is stranded if he takes black actually survives and comes out a queen ahead basically, the only way to continue the line right after king retaking the g7 bishop is hxg6, even though it doesn't give a check it is still forcing, even after that you don't get the queen involved right away, it's a pretty cool line to take a look at if you want.

  • @erikcolon6120

    Eric rosen thanks to time management u got lucky on time 32:20 playing (w) bishop b4 would have trapped ur queen. Sometimes it may look like queen has a way out and can supposedly go all the way back but it’s very dangerous. Queen doesn’t have to be in front of the action to be apart of it. Nice games anyhow thx for the lessons. :)

    32:32 Bishop b5 by white trapping black's queen instead of Qb4? Do I missed something??

      Queens would be traded after Nf4, but black would ultimately be down a piece.

    47:31 did Eric blunder the rook king fork?
    I thought he did but opponent takes pawn instead. I’m only 800 rating. If I’m missing something please tell me.

    47:32 ... and after White plays Rg3, Black can play Ne4, then after White moves the Rg3, Nc3+ still picks up the exchange.
