    Golden Snapper
    Ginger - 300gm
    Garlic - 1 clove
    Pinch of Salt
    Cornstarch
    soya sauce - 2 tbsp
    Msg - 1 tsp
    Sugar - 1 tsp
    A Splash of water
    Fresh spring onion
