Unusual sound on that stutter horn, I wonder if it's two stutter horns with different tones instead of two that plays the same tone that is the most common?
Well...if Ladder 3 had a Q perhaps the motorist(s) in front of them would know that a FIRE TRUCK was behind them. For years the electronic siren has been the norm on so many emergency vehicles that people have become desensitized to it.
Chicago doesn’t allow Qs due to noise pollution from what I’ve heard. New York City is on the way to that too unfortunately. The only thing even reasonably close to getting your attention like a Q might be those rumbler sirens. Still, a Q is worlds better.
