The company called Uncle Seiko here in the United States sells waffle and tropic straps with ends that conform to the case of an SKX or a 5KX. I don’t know how hard it would be for you to order those; take a look and I can help if you’re interested.

No bro, not aware of details about servicing, I haven't had it serviced till now, it's working fine. I have seen people never servicing seikos or orients for 5-10 years without any issues.
Hi bro, for Seiko 5's it should be ok if the seller is reputed and genuine. Although for higher end Presage and Prospex models, would recommend to check ethos, swisstimehouse, or a local Seiko AD to see if they have better deals, as they are more trusted in my opinion.

its easy bro, i will explain it here. so this watch has normal crown, not screw-down, so easier. when crown is in normal position, turn it clockwise a few times to wound the movement. pull out crown to first position, Turn the crown clockwise until the previous day's date appears. Turn the crown counterclockwise until the previous day of the week appears. Pull out the crown to the second click. turn crown clockwise until day and date change, then keep turning clockwise until current time is set.
