Worth mentioning about Maestra that I just thought of:
When Rogue plays a Hero card from another class, Rogue becomes that Class, and then Tess will replay all of your ROGUE CARDS that you have played.
This is already doable in wild by turning yourself into RAGNAROS
or Jaraxxus by using zyph
Some things to consider about Maestra.
- She won't be able to get Rogue hero cards
- She won't be able to hit Reno in the future (he is Neutral, not from another class)
Also you cant play her in paladin since she's a tourist
Tess replays all Rogue Cards now though
@@beybladetunada5697 dont you mean the opposite? I thought if you add a tourist in your deck then you get to play the cards from this current expansion's class (Ex. Lynessa being a paladin card but its a Rogue tourist so paladin gets to play Rogue cards from this expansion).
@@Ed95366 She's the Warlock Tourist, so Paladin can't use her so that there isn't a Tourist chain.
@HaittaaksSes what? Lynessa is a Paladin card with the keyword "Rogue tourist". Idk if you were confused/thought I was talking about the warlock card that raaran mentioned near the end. Also, I didn't mention anything about chaining tourists from other classes. (Not trying to sound aggressive)
Edit: ohhhh. Idkw I thought they were referring to just using the tourist card in general. Didn't even realize they were talking about chaining tourists together (already knew you couldn't do that anyway).

Rarran is gonna be kicking himself on his rating of the rogue location when he realizes how broken it is for rogues to be drawing 4 card for three mana easily. Its gonna get nerfed in like 2 weeks. Card is absolutely insane
Draw also still is really good in current paladin decks
@@FireSignd I'm not sure if Paladin will be doing a good use of this card, I can see paladin drawing 2 and then 2 again... I don't know if this is enough, maybe?
It’s Kingpin Edwin’s effect but without the body, you can’t shadowstep it, and it’s capped at 4 cards. There’s precedent for this effect being strong (Edwin got nerfed to 4 mana) but without the ability to draw your whole deck and get a 20/20 body like Edwin allowed, I doubt it’ll be as gamebreaking as you insist.

Rogue being entirely random into random into random has been working for them this expansion. Looks like more of that so I'm sure some of these cards will make the cut
i feel like snatch and grab is just a bit too slow even for rouge, its such a horrendous early draw for a deck that wants tempo
while you are probably right, people are forgetting that warlock cards count towards all burgle effects. so if the warlock cards are good in rogue, this gets really spicy.
Interesting about maestra, if you use the hero card you become that class (e.g. guff makes you a druid) so every rogue card becomes a card from another class which can make for some interesting interactions

As a wild player, Knickknack Shack looks like it might fit right into miracle decks, which are already the strongest archetype in the format right now.
You ever hear of mine rogue? Unless you’re calling that Miracle which feels like a big stretch

I’m immediately making a wishing well rogue with spectral cutlass and all these new rogue coin generators, can’t believe you didn’t mention wishing well, it’s not that bad.
I think the thing Rarran isnt thinking of it the miracle paladin potential here, double casting coins, and doubleing that 2 dmg spell. I smell some BS coming on where the paladin gets some vile Rouge like infinite/miracle type popoff with infinite mana.

Knickknack shack seems good in giants rogue. Maybe you can throw in the new giants that rely on location use
coins also cast twice with lynessa so pally probs wants the coin weapon too
something to think about the coins is lynessa will make the coins proc twice. i’m unsure if that’ll be a viable line/combo but interesting to think about.
It's insane to me, how they designed the set. Designs themselves are fantastic ,but I think it's very hard to create cards,when you have to think about their potential in other classes... Everything is so hard to create and think through

In an ideal situation Knickknack shack can kinda act like Gadgetzan Auctioneer, draw feeding into more draw.
probably not consistent though since relies specifically on the topdeck being playable.
Does it need to be consistent to be good though? probably not? There is an insane high roll where you can possibly take the risk for perfect draws to win the game e.g. drawing and playing prep with the expectation to draw into whatever your prep payoff is.
Rouge tourist is definitely going to be a hit or miss this expansion, if you hit Guss or something of similar power it’s great but do the good out weigh the bad?
Most hero cards are just good actually. Theres very few total duds and its discover so the odds of all 3 of them being bad is very small.
From best to worst: there's Reno Relicologist, Alterac Tier (Except Bru'kan, the worst of these and that's not even close), Al'akir from Caverns, Death Knights (except poor Garrosh and Uther), Hagatha, Jaraxxus, Dr Boom and Zul'Jin. I would be unhappy only with 5 of these. And the pool will get even better when Headless Horseman rotates

14:09 tourist cards cannot be put into the deck of another tourist card. They dont get access to that, otherwise you could loop them and get warlock in paladin.
So u can use the tourist in the other class with that tourist in its own deck as well as using it your own class deck with the other tourist
Swarthy Swordshiner is actually really cool design, love that card.
Swordshiner sets the attack AND durability of a weapon so a weapon with one swing left gets a couple more durability at worst. Handbuff Paladin can get 2 extra swings with the paintbrush.
I think Conniving Conman is way stronger than it seems. With tourists it becomes a reliable effect and while it's not a crazy option, playing 2 of these in a row as paladin would fill your board with 4/4s for 8 mana, no?

Would Conman summon itself from its battlecry in paladin? Since you "play" the card before the battlecry triggers
Paladin with his tourist will able to play card “Oh, Manager!” to generate coin twice and play coin twice twice.. using 6 mana to cash back 4, deal 4 damage,tourist on a board and you have mana to play a bunch of sunscreens or whatever with refreshed crystals,seems kinda solid
It's 7 mana but you can also use sea shill and bank 2 mana discount on lynessa for later.

Just to go magical christmas land for a minute Imagine this play:
Turn 4 play the Sea Shill
Turn 5 play Lynessa into Oh Manager then play both the coins to get 4 mana and play the Conniving Conman to play Oh manager again and get 2 more coins
Like Shill and the Conman aren't required but it paints a picture of the synergy of these cards for paladin.
Should be noted that Shill can get Tyr or Bonecleaver down Turn 4
The conman says replay rather than summon - I think that includes battle crys no? So playing two back to back would get you a board of 4/4s in pally?
Would thief paladin be better than thief rogue since the rogue cards would trigger their own “from another class” effects? Plus double casting stuff like petty theft.
conman is probably whatever card but you could play him with your warlock cards and do something stupid like 3 times symphony of sins or something
The con man could be good in rogue if the warlock spells are something it wants. That way you not worried about burgle

I feel like with Rogue at the moment, yes, there's some great card draw, but what are you really drawing into? There's no big finisher or combo that you're really looking to play, like Sif or Eonar, and this expansion doesn't seem to have changed that. There's still not even really any good pirates that you're excited to play with Goldbeard, which was the one thing I was expecting from this expansion.
Im gonna play Mining rogue 24/7 and just play random stuff all day, honestly sounds like great fun and way better than suffering in ladder with the hand pallys

I see a lot of people talking about this but doesn't compare with innervate because it's a 2 card combo, and 1 of them is just so you can play innervate lol..

You can't run another class's tourist, if you play paladin with the rogue tourist you can't use the rogue tourist to get a hero card.

Maestra is faster than Eudora many hero card cost 6 to 8 mana and are quite powerful eudora has to be played and then you must play other 3 cards to get 1 of the treasure and even with discover the pool is too diluted to find what exacly need you unlike Kazakusan that rebuild the deck with 5 discovered treasures .

His calls on many of these cards have been soo off my feelings and most other hearthstone content creators I've watched. Like knickknackshack is nuts for rogue. Its 3 mana draw four almost guaranteed because they play so many cheap low cost cards
I beleive from another class compares your class to the class of the card you just played. So paladin wouldn't get discounts for Paladin (and neutral) but would for every other.

There's the Pirate and the Location that slot themselves in Handbuff pretty easily and that's it. Everything else is better in Paladin decks that don't exist yet. I'm kinda sad that Maestra is the tourist, since Reno Pally can't use that...
