foreigners can buy apartments, but lose the apartment later on right? We are not allowed to pass it down to our next generation? or is it that the next gernation has to sell it?
Foreigners can buy apartments outright with their name on the title deed, and you would not lose the deed. This is freehold ownership, not limited to a time, and can be passed down to the next generation without needing to be sold at any time.
