    Do you use the Liver for Sausage too ? In Germany it counts as Delicacy 😋 Its really tasty and bit different then Pork

      I have never kept the liver not saying I won’t try one day but havnt so far. How do y’all cook it?

      @@OutdoorswithCasey Its pretty German.1 part liver,2 parts Porkbelly,0,2 parts porkmeat. Boil the Liver for 15sec, boil the meat for 1h with Onions. Then grind it all through a Meatwolf and add Seasoning + some Water. Then fill it in some Glasses or something.

    I've been told that wild hogs have more than their fair share of worms and parasites.
    Is this true?

      @@douglascolman4501 I havnt found any but it’s a good idea to cook your meat to temperature
