How to Replace the foam ear pad on a Plantronics Headset. Easy and cheaper than new headphones

This demo show how easy it to replace the foam ear pad or cushion on Plantronics headsets the pads shown will fit Blackwire C300 C310 C315 C320 C325 C3210 C3220 C3215 C3225 96BA
It is much cheaper to replace the pads than buying a new set and is more eco friendly as it reduces electrical waste.
The foam pads do wear and deteriorate over time so refreshing them brings the headset back to life. It really is just a 2 minute job and requires no tools.

I've been using these pads for a while now and they look to be a good quality product, much less expensive than the original Plantronics ones

Use a credit card or other type of plastic card to tuck the foam in between the wedges, makes it much easier.

Plantronics PLT earphone cusion replacement

These are extremely poor quality cushions, even my dish washing sponge feels more durable. $9 to replace, soon the cost for these will be more than the price of the headphones. Is there anywhere to DIY this to last longer.
