"Success and likeability is positively correlated for men, and negatively correlated for women."
My utmost respect for this woman. To the guy who commented on how you don't hear men complaining about being in that boardroom, really? That's all you can take out of her speech? And 'lust for power movement'? So when a man goes after power and position, it's drive and ambition. When a woman does it, she neglected her child in order to lust after power. Seriously guys, grow some balls.

It doesn't even matter because women simply do not have the stamina, accountability, intelligence or negotiating skills to succeed in business. I know because I deal with them everyday in businesses.
Women are far too flakey, moody, petty, superficial with bizarre priorities and can't work under pressure with a quota which is what a CEO does, he isn't some 'king' that answers to no one like women think, which is exactly why only 2% of CEOs are women:

Keep listening to this creepy woman and you'll end up 40, childless and miserable like half of women today.

I can't say that it's easy. I don't think many of us easily accept the stay at home dad . We might not be there yet. But in the very least (underline), men should aspire to and women should rightfully expect an equal partnership, be it at home or in workplace. That doesn't mean equal earnings on either side. It does mean respect, over all.

A woman is not meant to be a leader a woman is supposed to be a follower and a mother and a wife. A man is supposed to supply the bread to the table. And I refuse to work for a female because females make shitty bosses 98% of the time. it's not worth the Gamble. I would rather take a chance on an asshole male boss

1:30 Jesus CHRIST is this woman for REAL or is this some kind of satire in the US I don't know about? You have HARDER choices? Like what exactly? If YOU want to have kids love you have to have them, men don't care, we have careers to pursue if you want to pursue it too then don't have kids simple choice either you sink or swim. DON'T CHANGE THE GAME TO SUIT YOUR OWN NEEDS!

We don't need women in the workforce. Men are superior to women anyway. We are the patriarchy. Women are supposed to be followers not leaders. Women were put on this Earth to follow men not lead. And women make shitty bosses. They're too assertive overly aggressive and become bitchy. And have mood swings. I would rather have a asshole male boss any day over a female boss

At the beginning she tells a story about getting on the plane and says her daughter is 3. In closing she says she has a 2 year old girl and a 5 year old boy. I'm a little concerned that a mom doesn't know how old her own kids are. Maybe bc she works too much? Haha.

Clearly men are better - she just gave a mountain of evidence.

Well she basically showcases part of the problem with this lust for power movement. She has to neglect her child in order to get it. Children really need their mothers at home.....which is why husbands are important.
