I just saw a TikTok of woman saying she leaned in and regretted it and strongly advised that we lean out

At 2:10, when describing the traits most male leaders have in the office, well, it feels like many female leaders have taken on the same, non-empathic traits in key leadership roles, at least in my experience.
I really wish empathic leadership were the norm for leadership roles. I think that would naturally allow for more women to fill corner offices.
I get that strategies must be aggressive to make change, but always keep employees in mind while doing so, or else you aren't changing much at all.

I’m Japanese. I read her book “Lean in”. I chose to go to actually tough way for me. However I believe that this way would bring me big satisfaction and happiness. Thanks.

It doesn't require hate and derision. You can either be a person of dignity whom personifies class or one whom simply swells with false pride. You don't have to be a meanie.

And people who don't have opportunity? Or parents who are doctors? Or what about women who (gasp) want to stay home and raise their children? Or people who cannot afford to attend Harvard, even if they have the brains to do well there? She IS absolutely too privileged to preach that women are at fault here. And that, make no mistake, is her message.

We can surmise that she is super-smart although one would never guess it by what she has said in this vid, prompting one to ask the sarcastic question Obviously, no one technically 'gave' her all those money.
We all already knew that, mang.

Naw. If that were the case she could not be interviewed on ABC as first-wave feminists made such claims long ago. She is advocating her lifestyle and one, I should note, that her mother sacrificed so that she might obtain. Sacrifices, too, that she seems unwilling to make for her own children. The most interesting thing about the whole interview is the end, where she notes that Facebook low-balled her on her salary. Interesting that she isn't taking them to task.

Or you can quit wasting people's time, watch and listen to the video, then that would answer your own question; furthermore, we wouldn't be having this exchange. People amaze me sometimes. Not in a good way.

No, you've missed the point: she's talking utter nonsense yet is a billionaire. Maybe that does not strike you as a curiosity.

Who is she? She's the mother of someone who stole an idea from the Vinklevoss twins, ran with it and made billions. What has she accomplished? Nothing!!!

Smart like daddy - because women tend to choose men who are good providers.
Pretty like mommy - because men tend to choose mates based on physical attractiveness.
Common sense like conservatives - because the statists haven't turned us all into the BORG, yet.
