    Is this like LGB G scale or MTH 1:32 scale One Guage?

    How do you run your train from mth but you have piko track

    • @thetraincollector5505
      @thetraincollector5505  3 года назад

      The track is LGB, they all run on the same gauge track regardless of brand as long as they have the same gauge requirements

    Did you create your own railway . Can you please tell me how you did it.

      Just a lot of trial and error, I’ve had the railroad for around 15 years making small changes and improvements where I see fit. Just go with your gut feeling, there’s no right or wrong way to do it!

      EpicCSX Ya not every detail is exact, but I understand it’s to keep the cost for tooling down, but none the less it’s still a Dash 8. Still runs wonderfully!

      TommyZTrains I’ve had good luck with them so far! I’ve only had one go back for repair but it was completed in a timely manner. So hopefully if anything else happens, I’ll continue with my luck streak! Btw love your channel!

      @@thetraincollector5505 All the way back to 93 (with Jack Taggart in Service), THOSE were the best days / MY opinion. Good sound except for the stupid crew messages. How realistic is that? I can't recall ever standing next to tracks and hearing the crew on the radio louder than the actual locomotive.
    And the movement isn't very realistic which is a shame. Plus it's not co-ordinated with the sound which is an even bigger shame. Because otherwise the sound is excellent.

      I understand that some people don’t enjoy it, you can shut them off if desired. I’ve always enjoyed them and found them fun. The speaker setup and sound file are very crisp. I’m not really sure if there are any CV that can be adjusted with the Protosound 3 system to change throttle notching to match better with the locomotive’s speed. As far as movement, it is capable of 128 speed step setup, but at the time of this video it was in a 28 speed step setup.
