We are glad to see the response for this highly demanded wing, seems like a lot of you were waiting for this option to be available and as expected from Sigala Designs, we got it done! 🤗💥 so here’s the video to finally clear the doubts of many people of whether we had the wing or not.
To answer some of the most common questions
🔹The wing will be made in a first come first serve basis, if you pre order this month expect shipping in mid-end of September 2022.
🔹At Sigala Designs we manufacture, design, paint and ship our own products, everything is done in house 😀
🔹We have an actual production timeframe and ship date, once again if you pre order now your wing will be shipped mid-end of Sept 2022
🔹The Wing as most of our products is offered in 100% real carbon fiber, painted carbon flash or any factory body color and unpainted in primer finish.

I just rewatched your video and noticed the vertical mounting blocks on your wing are spaced much closer together compared to GM’s Z06 wing. Yours are spaced about the width of the Corvette lettering on the back while GMs Z06 mounting points goes to the inner portions of the rear lights.
Comparing the two yours is so much better, more aggressive looking and it accentuates the outer wings so much better. In a word, EXOTIC.

The Wing is beautiful but I seen at 75 mph it has a vitration, to bad is not well engineered.
Great designs! May I make a suggestion on the hole covers? Perhaps make clips on the underside of the cover that snap into the pre existing holes in addition to the adhesive. Then be sure to have the covers wrap over the leading edge on the bumper to tuck between the bumper and the fender panel. Traveling at any high rate of speed, the wind will catch that current exposed leading edge and may, over time, have the cover begin to lift off. Contact me with questions.
Some sort of snap clip I would take would be necessary

Two post over four post. I think the outer posts take away from the elegance and design language of the wing! Pretty ingenious way to cover the additional holes as well! Just ordered mine in the 100% carbon option! Can’t wait! Great job!!!
He we go with the base C8 look alike zo6. This is why the Z06 will never be an exotic. I love corvettes but, it will always be an American sport cars that competes with exotics at a cheaper price. Great video!!!

this video is missliding since the reinforcement is the main part of this install, they are installing the spoiler in the back of the bumper and they should drill holes in the frame of the trunk to ensure the proper installation.

Love it.....Not a fan of the 4 posts though but that's just me......I mean it looks good but the 2 post looks better to me......I been waiting on someone to do this and when I get my car this will probably be what I end up going with.

So is this going to be anchored to the actual car body like the real Z07 wing? No way this wing can handle the force without it.
This is the big question IMHO. I saw a video (ruclips.net/video/Iq-3UQNx1NY/видео.html) with the cutaway display on the Zo6/Zo7 and it is indeed well-anchored to the body with a long vertical strut. Hopefully this one will have the same.
We are working on the brackets now and are just testing it out. We will have a solution soon
Some body colored small discs to cover the holes may be sufficient and look really good. Have you guys explored that option? I love the spoiler on two post!
Once again you guys & girls have hit it out of the park. Why limit the new wing to one design. It is obvious that you have already made the new Z07 wing in both designs so just offer them both for sale & let each individual make up their own minds which one they want to install. Yikes. Needs to be mounted to the chassis. That wing is big enough to created 800lbs of downforce at 187 mph. According to GM with the C8 Zo6 wing. That would rip that bumper off without being chassis mounted.
This is what I’m worried about
We have shipped over 600 wings already and no one has had any issues yet.

Can you reference where your jacking point is under the rear? I've been trying to find documentation on how to get the car on jack stands and have found 0 credible sources that show a good point to jack for this reason.
Very well done! I think the Z06 2-post wing is the absolute best of all the current types of C8 wings (Stingray, included). I was never a fan of the 4-post Stingray wing (just too gaudy). Your Z06 4-post prototype looks way better though. Although, I still prefer the 2-post. Also, fantastic idea on covering the outer-post holes. My only suggestion would be if you had the ability to decrease the thickness of the hole covers a bit more, it would flow even more smoothly and look even more amazing that it already does. But your solution is definitely a great idea!

I love your designs and plan on taking advantage of several or more of your items for my '23. I was thinking to cover the holes, could we have a more simplistic option of 4 color matched plugs just large enough to pop in place and cover the holes? Just an idea. I was also wondering if you had given any thought to "color matched" Z06 style wings. My 23 is yellow and I thinking of color matching the wing to the car, but it would be nice to purchase one from you already painted to match. Thank you for your time.

I think just some color matched buttons that insert would be a better idea.

Dealerships charge labor so the more hours it takes the more they can get from you. So a 15 min job will cost you 5 hrs worth of labor cost.

Can the holes covers be ordered?
Have you considered a skeletonize design for the post? It could look pretty amazing. You could even make the skeleton design a chevron pattern. If you can make a kick-ass skeletonized design, people will choose the four post version for the next-level look of the skeletonized work. Just don't know if it would have a negative effect on the downforce. Perhaps only skeletonizing the two outer post, since they are not germane to the structural integrity of the wing design.

As they say you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig. Iv'e heard the wing vibrates like crazy. No wonder. On a real Z06 the two supports are farther apart. You should also tell people that got to get a body shop to paint the pieces to cover the extra holes.
Wondering if you have figured out the mounting reinforcement yet. I have a new C8 on order and expect it to arrive around November and was hoping to get the Z06 style spoiler installed. I have no spoiler now as the high wing was on constraint. I really like the 2 post Z06 style look the best.

Nice rear spoiler........BUT, horrible customer service. Never provides responses to inquiries both posted here and on Ebay. I'll wait for somebody else to start making them.

Those end caps would be ok for a $20,000 dollar car but not for a $$100,000 plus car. I do like the wing but I would take it to the body shop to repair the holes. You know that those caps on my C8 I could not sleep thinking about how that looks. Very noticeable it's just a cheap fix
You are correct. That is the best way to fix the issue. We are simply offering a solution to those that don’t have the time or don’t have a body shop nearby. Thanks for your comment

I DONT THINK CORVETTE OWNERS WANT TAPE. THAT LIL PLATE COULD BE USED BUT WHY NOT GET COLOR CODED PUSH PINS TO GO IN THE HOLE.
How stiff/rigid is the wing especially towards the other tips? How did you determine there is no flutter at the outer edges while driving at higher speeds (like from 50 mph - 100 mph)?

We need aftermarket custom low profil Z06 wing. So much classier than the big racing one. Never been a fan of big wings on any exotic cars. Ruins the body line.

AG Motorsports has a low profile Z06 style wing, looks better than the Sigala.
This is amazing. Way to go Sigala designs. Like the hole covers. Do a trunk mount spoiler. It's hard to access the trunk over the spoiler. 2 post. Also make it less angled. Downforce kills mpg. Also do a Z06 front nose for a stock C8.

2 post looks better and just make some body color plugs for the holes. I would not do that tape on trim piece..
Love the look of the two-post design, but I'm hopeful another, sleeker and less noticeable option might evolve for hiding the four outside holes. Perhaps color coordinated tabs mounted from underneath?
We have tried several different ways and it seems the way we went about it was the best overall without actually repairing the holes and repainting the spot.
Instead of just sticking a flat piece over the holes how about making those pieces look like tiny fins/canards that bolt on using the same holes? Not very big, just maybe a half inch high or so. That way it will look like the fins contribute to the aero!
I’d agree with that suggestion. The baby fin wouldn’t need to be very big. You could do body color or carbon flash/carbon fiber. The flat piece just doesn’t do anything for me. Looks exactly like what you’re trying to do … cover up something underneath rather then add to the look.

Heres what i think. I think the C8 is just fine. I just bought a 70th special edition which now would be limited because of supplies they cannot keep making them.I have had 2 Zr1 and 2 Z06 over the years, After Driving this new C8 i am impressed. Think about the new z06 its not much faster .Maybe a second or so in quarter mile? Same with 0-60 a half of second?. Whats making this a super car over the c-8. If it is true that the natural engines will be no more that even make better for the C 8 for having a different engine all together from the z06.. Just saying everyone so excited to go a LITTLE faster by a second or so.Just saying
Looks pretty good but this video needs a couple shots of the car not from directly behind we want to see a side profile and from the front looking down to the back overview of the car with the wing all we can see is a black Wing sticking up you can't really tell how it looks because we can't see the side profile
The real C8 Z06 with the Z07 spoiler is attached to the FRAME of the car not the plastic bumber as you guys did. Over time this spoiler will bend the bumper and damage it.
Yes we already know that and are currently working on the support for the wing. 👍
Are the posts and the wing 1 piece? It would be great if we could get the posts in a color different than the wing itself.
