I know this video is a bit longer but you can’t really rush these type of videos. There is so much to explain and I really want to narrow in on details! To skip right in click 1:22.
Ps. I chose to use the CLA76 over the standard waves SSL bus comp because I wanted to switch it up a bit and show how the 76 sounds, I use both but I thought this one would be cool! Thank you, enjoy!

LifeStyleDidIt how would you combine te limited from previous tutorial and the bus compression from this one? Could you maybe take the previous mixtuts into account when doing next ones? Thanx for the nice tutorial btw

AboveEmAllProduction thanks. I try to make it easy to understand. I studied it for a few years and learned from many engineers while i worked in studios and i really tried to explain it easier than just saying what it is. It can be confusing when it’s not

I like the CLA 76 and the Solid Bus but I usually only put the CLA on the kick becuz it make the kick sound like the SWAT coming through the door lol. And the Solid Bus is my go-to bus compressor everytime. Thanks so much for your knowledge bro cuz ppl usually charge for the game you giving us.

But A great teacher is someone who can explain something difficult to people and replace it with words that even morons can understand. Tnx LS! But for me its A bit diffrent cuz U already thought me alot and I did alot of music theory research on my own so I do understand these words now Hehe.

i see you guys in the comments like CLA-76 . may i recommend to you guys the Puigchild 670 (also from waves) it has this crazy thing about seperating the stereo image by using it in lat/vert mode. the only bad thing is that it removes some of the bottom end, something youd have to make up for. but its worth it =)

The free compressor #1 colored the bass and took it to a higher harmonic. The CLA compressor #2 also colored the bass but kept it in the same harmonic scale.
