the helmet is Dropped by Valtr, the leader of The League after consuming 5 Vermin and speaking with him. Reloading the area in any way causes Valtr to disappear, leaving behind the helm in his place

you have to use 5 Vermin to get the helmet or kill Valtr

I can't get the gloves Cuz I got the another item from the body earlier. is there another way to get it Cuz I've already did the dlc twice I don't want to play it 3 times
