Why am I the only one in the comment section? I have been researching recently because I want to purchase one and this is one of the excellent reviews out there! Thanks a lot
I have use my Kamvas 22 (not the plus) for 2 yrs now…. Do lots of arts with it and i can guarantee u its a good investment… the difference of non plus version is just a -20% srgb and use screen protector instead of etched glass… and also the plus version includes a type c to type c 3.1 for u….
non plus does not have a fully laminated screen. Going from laminated to non-laminated feels weird to draw on, but if non-laminated is what youre used to then its no biggie
Hey, thank you for your kind words. I'm happy my review has helped you decide on what to buy for your animation. Good luck, and thanks for your feedback 👍
When I bought this there was a flash deal with both the drawing tablet and the mini keypad. I don't know if the deal is still available however I bought it directly from their website so keep checking for those deals. Their website is store.huion.com/ hope this helps 😀
Could you please tell me if this tablet supports "tilt" in a sense that if you are using a brush with a flat format, when you rotate the pen in your hands, in the software you see the brush tip rotate as well? Thank you!
Hey, thanks for reaching out. Yes It does support tilt, I knew there was something I forgot to mention in the review. Hope this helps and enjoy your purchase if you decide to get this one 😀
Hey, how did you set up the pen for photoshop. I just bought one and the pen glitches in photoshop and pen pressure does not work at all in photoshop. If you can help please!
Hey, sorry to hear you're having some issues with your pen and pen pressure. It could be that you need to reset or install up to date drivers, or it could be Photoshop itself. Another tip is disable windows ink. I hope this works and let me know if it doesn't, and I'll try to suggest other options, if any.
How accurate are the colors on screen vs the finished image? I'm currently having issues with a Gaomon tablet where the colors are so much darker ans more saturated on screen that I can hardly make out what I'm doing in the really dark areas of my drawings, and then, when I export my drawings, my colors are so far off that it looks closer to greyscale if I'm not working at max saturation. I was considering this for a replacement, ans I'd like to know if I'm going to have the same issue
I bought this version due to suffering the same issues with previous brands. The Huion Kamvas 22's colour accuracy is very good, especially for this price bracket. Thanks for your comment 👍
For a begginer who wants a good tablet to start with, is Kamvas 22Plus better then Wacom Cintiq 16? În terms of performance, then the diagonal. Thanks.
I just got one, I'm no artist but the reason I got it was to draw or trace my photos, or do some artwork, import it into Hatch to digitize the drawing/photo into stitches/embroidery, that will stich out, then export the stitch work in a format recognised by the particular embroidery machine/s.
Fantastic ideas here, I love digital art for these reasons, the versatility to create copy trace leaves the flow open without limit and there is no mess. Do you have any of your creations online? I'd love to see! Enjoy your purchase and thanks for your comment :)
Hey, no, this model has a laminated screen, so it is ready to draw on out the box. If you would like to install one, I'm sure you could. Thanks for your comment 👍
When I tested this model, the drivers were working fine the entire time, I have seen some users facing driver issues, and my only advice would be to find older driver versions if you run into issues. There isn't much difference using older drivers, so it's worth a try 😉
@@brucejunboxing Huion's web site has a contact dialog box that's used to contact technical service with an auto message that states turnaround for answer is 72 hours, email only from China. That sends up all types of flags.
I'll be honest I've never tested an xp pen tablet. However, they are also a good option. At this point, I'd say go with what your budget can afford. Any of these alternatives will have their pros and cons. We as artists will create art no matter what device we use 😀
About equal in performance, but XP Pen does not offer etched anti-glare glass, and you have to use their crappy film, which needs to be replaced often. This feature puts Kamvas as the best option for the price in my opinion
Is this a monitor and drawing tablet in one? My daughter has the GT 191 and I'm looking for a replacement.
Hey, yeah, this is a monitor and a drawing tablet built in one. It's definitely a good option for digital art 🎨 Thanks for your comment 👍
The "woo" and clap sounds cracked me up. Great review!
Thank you so much, I'm glad it wasn't a wasted opportunity to add in some hilarity. You have to on such a topic like unboxings 🤣
I think I might like this one. It looks great to me. Thanks for the nice and clear review.
Happy to hear positive feedback, enjoy your new purchase and thank you for reaching out :)
Poderia falar da sua experiência com a durabilidade , resistência dela@@brucejunboxing? Desde já agradeço!

Really clear unboxing and review 🎉🎉❤❤❤
Thanks so much for your feedback 😀
I’m worried about the pen and screen parallax as I have kamvas 13 now I don’t really trust kamvas 22 plus on its parallax
Hey, this model is laminated, which means parallax is minimal. Hope this helps
@@brucejunboxing Thank you

can anyone tell me which drawing program is being used in this video? i am trying an 18.5" uperfect (
Hey, the program I was using in this video is Photoshop. Have you tried it before? Thanks for your comment 👍
@@brucejunboxing thanks, really like your artwork too..
Could you use more than 2 monitors beside the pen display?
I'll be honest I only configured my setup with one monitor, but I don't see why it wouldn't work with another monitor?
Thanks for the shaeing❤
My pleasure 🙏

I tried all that. the pen glitches terribly and when I disable windows ink, I have no pen pressure even when it's enabled @@brucejunboxing
I'm sorry this has happened in your experience, I would suggest calling Huion and asking one of their teams to help. It could be a faulty device?

Personally I'd get the Kamvas 22 Plus as the colours are pretty accurate as well as have a very similar pen experience.
