We spent one night at the Beekman, a NYC Luxury Hotel in downtown manhattan.
This is a 5 star Thompson Hotel that runs about $450 a month In the heart of New York City’s Financial District.
The Beekman, a Victorian-era building with architectural elegance, innovative cuisine, and lavish guest rooms and suites with impossibly high ceilings. Making amazing use of the former Temple Court site, the new hotel takes you through a rich period of history.
Before the 1883 structure was built, this site was home to several buildings with special cultural significance, including being the spot where Shakespeare’s Hamlet was first performed in New York and where Edgar Allan Poe produced some of his work. At its height, the 1883 building housed more than 200 businesses. But it was left vacant in 2001 and was reopened in 2013 to begin construction on The Beekman, a Thompson-brand boutique hotel.
Because The Beekman is an alluring hotel with unorthodox appeal, it’s an ideal location for a special occasion, a meeting or a memorable event. As if that weren’t enough, a 51-story luxury condominium tower with penthouse residences and panoramic views of the city also accompanies the property.
