It does have a bios switch. Although it only it looks like it only disables the zero-rpm feature
I believe its just a back up bios
This GPU has power limits only up to 223 W with default bios so if you plan to OC maybe try a different model

How's the noise and the coil whine on this one?
I’m not gunna lie, the model I have has extreme coil whine, it’s noticeable even with extra ambience and noise in the room. When the fps gets super high the coil whine sounds like a damn fork scratching a plate
However every model is different some may have less or even more coil whine, kinda just a luck based thing
I also had a xfx card and sold it because of the unbearable coil whine. I think xfx has cheaper capacitors
@@CR1SPRFPS Doubt. XFX has some of the most reliable and trustworthy power supplies on the market.
Mine does have coil whine, but only in high fps scenarios. Above around 300 it starts becoming noticeable. But my whole system only produces around 26-30db when I hold my phone half a meter from it using an app to measure db.

My CPU is Intel 12600k and my PSU MSI magA650GF. RX6800 compatible with this setup or need to update my PSU ?
It will be fine .. This particular model never goes above 223W even with maxed power limits so you have enough headroom for everything else

How is the coil whine on this cpu?
Non existent for me.
Depends on your fan curve .. Practically non existent when idle noticeable while gaming unless you wear a headset
For me, it didn’t depend on fan curve. Even when fans are at zero, if it is doing any “processing” the coil whine changes accordingly.
I love the card but it's too big for my case I need 33 MM and this card is 34

I got the card today, 5 Minutes into Bellwright and it's getting close to 80 Degrees and this on 1080p . Dont know its the bad Optimization from the Game or the Card. i 've actually only heard good things about this card

Look at the reviews about the temps, use DDU to clean the old GPU driver and use the latest ones and tincker with the voltage or Vram, there are some optimazations that need to be done and you can have a 10-20 degrees difference if un underclock a little.
Is it a new card?
Still, if you have a hot pc (bad airflow, hot cpu) and in a hot room, it is normal it will hit 80°
You can change the fan curve if you want it cooler
resolution, 1080p or not, doesnt matter, if you get too high fps you can cap the fps if you prefer cooler and more quiet card

it depends on your cpu and whatever else to put inside but it most cases it should be fine
If you have an i5 13600k/14600k or lower or ryzen 7000 non-X CPU or Ryzen 9 5900X or less consuming CPU 650W is perfect.
i have 5800x3d with 6800rx and 2 hards @@badass6300
it consumes around 200w.
"tdp" is 250w, but it almost never draws that much.
Most cpus use 60-120w. So 650w is more than fine usually.
But 14900k, overclocked, can draw over 400w sometimes on full load, so then you would want 750w.
I''m running mine on an I5 13400F 600W. Not much noise. So far, so good
