For like 20 seconds I thought this was a re-release that was inspired by the Legacy Collections and was so hyped. Then I realized it was the one that got away. I REALLY wanted to go to Japan back in the MMBN5-6 Era because of their Arcade Machine and how it all tied together. Japanese marketing knows what's up haha
I really wish they'd reissue these at the very least. I always wanted to play those arcade machines too!! I hope someone can get their hands on a board and we can at least have the ability to emulate those games one of these days 🥺
The Forte one is the one I really wanted if I ever won the lottery xD really awesome vid by the by it was fun to see all the options for it. Japan diffently got all the funner games, did you ever play F-Zero GX on the game cube? It had an arcade counter part that would let you load your GC data on it and race using your own cars for uptaining special racing parts xD
The forte one is so beautiful! I've always wanted the MegaMan/Tamahawkman deluxe version cause it has a really funky color. Also yeah I've heard of that F-Zero Game it's such a cool idea
Your attacks weren't coming from the Justice One chip you were trying to use. Those splash attacks were from Forte. The meter charges until S (Standard) can be used, then Mega and then Giga. Placing a chip in *before* the S is reached will cause the chip to not function. Source: I have the Tomahawkman one, and my go-to chip is Spreader 3 which does the same thing.

@@Xanaxdu I actually wanted the OG clear blue one, but my headcanon is that the Tomahawkman one without a navichip is a "Hubstyle" PET, XD
Edit: despite purchasing my Tomahawkman PET "new," I didn't get the navichip. So, the only navichip I have is Rockman. The only other two navichips I want are some version of a writable Forte and Blues.
If you place a chip in prior to it hitting S, it won't work initially, but when the bar reaches S it will make a noise and the next tap will use the chip attack.
I wish they made one that actually jacks in the computers like the game😎

This might be my least favorite PET in terms of shape, and the touch screen doesnt sell it for me, but its still cool as all hell to see how these old devices work

Yeah thank God because for some reason there's a gimmick in this one where mega will randomly want to fight
I've seen images of these with different screens. Some have a green tint and the heartbeat monitor shape on the top and bottom left side, and others have a blue tint and have colored trapezoidal/rectangular-ish boxes on the top and bottom.
Any idea why this is? Is one newer or more preferred than the other?
I have one of each. I think the screens like the one I show in this video are later models
@@Xanaxdu appreciate the info. I just paid an arm and a leg for one with the blue screen (thought the colored bars looked cleaner and the blue was less intrusive), but I may try to get another with the green one if I can find one for a better deal.
Still need the plugin pet. Also have a progress pet that I plan to butcher and make rechargable with a usb-c port, so I may need to get a backup of that as well

Just a standard PET design comment as opposed to the toy: I don't like the Link PET design. It's like a soda can with the tiniest screen on it. The reason I still love the.
........ *looks up name* Plug-In PET above all others, there's a screen bigger than the size of a peanut on it so it doesn't feel like the Navi or the entirety of its technology isn't trapped in that microscopic box. I hate the claustrophobic screens all the other ones have, man, it bothers me to no end.

Holy shit I have been behind on keeping an eye on these lol that's pretty crazy imo and it really worth it tbh they're cute but it's more of just grinding than a real game like the others

hey Xander because the legacy collection came out you think they'll make a new pet and call it the pet Ver 20th and make it in color also also be memory Hmmmm hmmm I'm just saying bandai could do alot just because of how well it's selling
Well it's a interesting idea.....though however the unfortunate part about it is that the megaman pet toys were made by Takara not Bandai.
The plug in PET was bandai so they could make a ver.20th of that one....idk why they haven't tbh
