@Football Forever ebay accounts do not get banned for no reason... there is definitely more details
@Football Forever you should receive an email from ebay with the reason why but having multiple ebay accounts that share email addresses, paypal accounts and bank details can get you in trouble
I’m so fed up with buyers that don’t read or see all pictures. This needs to stop! It’s ridiculous 🤯
Very frustrating, they are there for a reason!
Tell ebay you provided the information and it is not your responsibility to make sure they read the entire full description or if they looked at all the photos before purchasing.
As soon as they threaten you or threaten negative feedback you can contact eBay to get the whole thing thrown out. Great video. Thanks!

We been selling on eBay for over years but only stated filming recently . Will be great to do a life stream from one side of the world to another ( we are in U.K.) . I got scammed twice ! Had a charge back from a buyer on a 1200 dollar item , took 2 months and I lost the CASE , then I rep opened the case and won

Gave up on eBay. I sell locally or send it to auction. I could get more on eBay but I refuse due to their anti seller bias.
Hi there, I love your videos, wish you posted more. I have a question. My store is now rated top seller, and since I've only been selling my personal items I chose to not allow returns. Should I officially allow returns so I can receive the Top Seller label on my items? Is there really any difference since ebay demands returns anyway?
Hello. I live in the US. Sold and shipped an item to Canada. About 20 years ago. Guy was Mad at me. Why? Import Tax. Other items I sold on Ebay were "Mistakes". The Buyers "Younger brother" clicked on Buy Me. Then I get hit with a Sellers Fee.
International shipping is more hassle than it's worth, especially for small time sellers like myself
Yeah I would not recommend it for small / beginner sellers.
This is unbelievable but then after selling on eBay for a year, I can believe it. I got scammed once by somebody claiming the game I sold them didn’t work and wanted a refund. It worked fine before I sent it to them so I even suggested reasons as to why and what to try to get it to work. They sent back a totally different copy however I took photos of the serial number unique to each game which was in my listing. I challenged them and asked them to send my game back as this wasn’t the one I sent them. They apologised and said that they sent me the copy they bought AFTER they realised mine didn’t work (this transaction took place over the course of 2 days). They told me that they sent mine back but I never received it. I said that I wasn’t prepared to return their game until I received the one they sent to me in error. They claimed I was stealing from them by doing this and threatened legal action. After taking a step back and weighing up my options, I decided to refund them and block them because it wasn’t worth the hassle. I reported the buyer and after the fact, I checked their account - the feedback they left for others was almost always negative. How does a buyer like this get that far? Why wasn’t the level of negative feedbacks they were leaving flagged up by eBay? They didn’t leave me feedback but I think I could’ve gotten it removed pretty quickly.
Damn, sorry to hear that man. In my opinion, buyers like that survive on eBay because many of the sellers they scam never bother to report them. Hopefully more sellers start doing this.

I listed official strategy guides so buyers could choose from the selection menu, and one idiot thought I was selling all four guides for one particular price .It was obvious that I was selling individual guides because I had a selection menu. I have never had a problem with anyone except that guy .He's requesting for a return because of his own stupidity .I am a very small seller,so I can't even imagine what big Ebay sellers go through.

Have 1 now. They said they didnt recognize the transaction. But I had already shipped it to them. They never sent it back and its been 3 weeks now with funds still on hold, no product and no resolution yet. I am set up on managed payments.

I was scammed by a seller and PayPal was no help as a partial refund was offered. I ordered ear buds but was sent a hands free ear piece for cell phones. It was garbage. I was out the $30.
yeah man! I've run in to my fair share of scammin screw face sellers so a-holes are a-holes be it buyer or seller!

I’ve had one outside ebay for almost $1000 chargeback. Paypal is great in my experience and this plonker will lose but money is tied up. Some awful people out there.
This is absolutely shameful . Maybe now as eBay will have their own manage payments we would not be so vulnerable as sellers

I didnt know i cud get feedback removed and its been too long now so i can no longer get it removed i got scammed like this and offers a partial refund becuase i was brand new to selling and thought itd be easier and he agreed
Have you thought about moving to another selling platform? What that is i wouldnt know. I have sold on Ebay and Etsy years ago and now needing to come back to sell online again but feeling yuk about all these scammers out there.
I have. However there are alot of advantages to selling on eBay (compared to other platforms). Lots of free traffic, easy to use the site and grow an eBay business.

Ebay definitely has its own benefits as Samson has mentioned. I wouldn't let the scammers stop you from getting back into eBay and making money.

Yes, they are just submitted to you via eBay.

I agree you described the pants correctly, but separating the pant size and 3/4 length would be a good idea since some folks don't take the time to read thoroughly. I listed s Coke coin bank that looks like a full size Coke machine. It sold then the buyer asked to cancel the order because he thought it was full size. $15. for a full size machine. LOL I'm a new seller and I appreciate your educational videos, thanks!

People are complaining about the change in Ebay payments and fees, would this make you quit Ebay??
No, I actually prefer managed payments to Paypal. Easier accounting, (very slight) fee reduction, but most of all - no direct contact with PayPal.
Looks like an extreme case of buyers remose turned unethical. Also might be an entitlement issue.
Also, just to cover all bases, just showing the username does not constitute revealing of personal identity? It seems to me that it is not though, though I would be really careful and not leave any incriminating information in case I get hit with some kind of law.
I agree with you assessment. Rest assured, an eBay username is not private personal information so I am happy to release it. My goal in doing that is to help other sellers avoid this buyer. Thanks for your concern.

Someone just threatened to buy all my inventory and complain to amazon about every purchase and leave a negative review on every order. What do I do, I’m genuinely scared. I either take down my listings or ignore it and hope amazon deals with the issue. Does anyone in the comments have any idea about what I should do?
Sorry to hear that, I wish I knew more about Amazon to be able to help. Definitely report them to customer support as that is a threat.
Can you block a buyer on Amazon like on eBay? If so, block them, to save further problems from this buyer.

@@Greedude It may be a bluff, fear-mongering. At least you could block their Amazon ID you know, then report them & send in copies of their threats. Sorry I can't be of more help, I don't know Amazon.

Unfortunately, there are more & more each day.
Can you help I sold a item to a buyer everything went ok instill the buyer put in a return and said there was a part missing as a seller I could or could not be for sure if the item I sold was missing as the item was factory sealed so I said I give you a full refund or £10 back and keep item she or he accepted.thoght everything was sorted till the next day the message me saying they wanted a replacement aswell so long story short I didn't accept and they left a negative feedback that I didn't believe the item was missing as I've sold more then one and had no problems but I core understand why eBay won't take the negative comment off my account. Can you help me how I can get it removed please I believe this person was a scammer
I'd contact eBay and make the case that the buyer wasn't acting in good faith by agreeing to one thing and then asking for more the next day. Ask them to review the messages. Not a slam dunk, but that might be enough to get it removed. I now always use eBay for Business on Facebook Messenger. Generally takes 1-2 days for a response, but they seem far more willing to work with sellers than any of the people you get on the phone.

This morning i woke up to an Ebay sale - and a paypal payment.... 15 mins later a request to cancel.
WTF - why do ppl WILLINGLY buy stuff, pay for it then change their minds. Its so annoying, not as annoying as yours though. THANKS SO MUCH for giving us the details Ive blocked the twat. Thumbs up from me.
Thanks Lisa, I agree it is very frustrating. I have had buyers change there minds on $100+ orders in the past. eBay should probably introduce a dishonor / restocking fee for such cases.

It also happened to me a really bad customer and talked really bad about me about my store while I have only good feedback threatened me to ruin my store and opened a false case I sent her another product while she got exactly what she ordered after a few days she sent messages non-stop unfortunately no longer I had the strength and felt I would rather lose the money than listen to her nonsense and spend so much time answering her in her game now I realize I'm right and need to stand up for mine
I'm from Israel and the shipments are expensive to the United States and it was no longer worth it to me so I gave up on this bad customer
So sorry to hear this. As soon as a buyer starts threatening you, you can report them to eBay. Hopefully you were able to resolve this.
