It looks to be a very reliable hitch that wont roll out. Ive been experimenting with different hitches lately so I'm excited to try this one. I'm gonna be training a new climber a little bit today so I'll give some feedback afterwards.
l swear by it as my back up when l’m not climbing on devices, way better than the VT (that l’ve been using for decades). love the shit you can learn on youtube, even us old phucks are picking up the youngsters way.🙏🏼📿 mad respect.🫡
Can’t wait to experience this “buttery smooth” you all talk about!
Same here….
I'm definitely using this hitch on my next climb! Thanks for the demonstration guys!
It's a great hitch. I use it on my system and positioning lanyard.

What lenght of prusik cord is that?
Shows the Blake's bridge but proceeds to tie thru the wrong side of the bridge. Hmmm.
Does that hitch have another name ?
Not really. People mistake this with the catalyst hitch but it's very different. Also, this is a variation of the VT hitch
Okay sooo... this compared to VT... This one wins ALL DAY.
