The real questions are how many leads/calls do you get per industry? What is a good number of leads you can expect for being on the front page of Google for a city (that has x number of people in a city), they should give us an example of at least 3 different niches like landscaper, pest control, masonry etc..
Great insightful video. Well done for extracting information from her sometimes she would miss crucial info and you would ask her to elaborate. Like the keywords she searches for she kept saying" roofing, roof" and missed out city. you expounded on that to say its roofing plus city. And many other follow ups

Maybe I missed it but how much does she make monthly? How many clients does she have? These are good questions to always ask
Wish you could have asked. What does her team look like. How many people does she hire and what are their functions? Does she do her own SEO, what roles does she play in her company. Does she use tools like fiverr and upwork to get help?
I’m not sure the size of the team - I know she mentioned at least 1 virtual assistant, but I didn’t press on where she found that hire.

One big question: So she has rankend a website and gets calls from people before renting out the site, right? She already tries to sell the leads to services in that niche and region? Does it really work? If I think about small businesses in Germany, they would be really surprised and cautions when I would call and tell them I have a lead/potential customer for them...
Edit: Got the answer later in this interview.: She gives some leads for free until she contacts the business to offer renting out the webiste to them. As far I understand it. Correct me if I am wrong. And I really like Miaos positive vibe. She reminds me on an Asian girl I have dated once:)

How does she handle any legal issues if the lead/client sues for damages, etc? Does she have insurance...how do you protect yourself?
My understanding is that would fall to the service provider, but many website operators carry a media liability policy.

I feel like website building itself wasn't the only thing she was billing for but a miriad of services.
Essentially the deliverable is increased lead flow. She maintains ownership of the sites.
