      Yes, its not a favor, it's a privilege to do one of our open houses, it generates so many opportunities and puts you in front of potential buyers and sellers.

    The best advice I think I took away is when you said just because you know the home will sell fast that most agents seem to market less. That's absolutely a true statement. I never thought about listings can create listings.
    I love all these ideas. For me personally, being a single agent, I feel like having a partner would improve my business, well as long as they were motivated and driven. Something I need to pray about. You all are amazing. I greatly appreciate you & your wisdom.

    Your content is always so spot on and I appreciate what you do so much! I want to do all these strategies… I need help implementing. For example with qr codes, what specific landing pages need to be attached with regard to the message, and then what is the follow up to those who you capture on the qr code. Love all the ideas, just need to create the step by step.
