    Loving this! LOL! I’m so deathly afraid of calling people, annoying them, upsetting them, being hung up on, people saying awful things to me so then I’m feeling bad and deflated. I just need to get out of my own way, put on my big girl panties and start calling.
    In my market, the Seattle area, the pendulum has totally switched from overbids to stagnancy with buying because of the huge hike in interest rates. It’s tough being a seller here right now. Price reductions are happening everywhere and I just had to do the same with my one and only listing I have right now. It’s a scary time.

    Thanks for a great content Tom! You are awesome! The biggest hurdle we have in our Dallas market is it every single buyer that comes through the open house either has their agent with them or they say they already have an agent. Hold an open house a few weeks ago and I had about 60 people come through. At least 15 of them were agents and the rest of them were already represented.

    Great vid!! How about a video of what one can mail out to catch a homeowner to make contact?? Different types of wording to attract interest, just that little bit of that door crack to slide right in! This for mailer prospect avenues.👌🏼🗝

    Sign in sheets are like business cards... if you dont have one, you look like an amateur. If you do have one, its not going to sell the house or guarantee that you'll get the client, but it avoids the awkward "oh I dont have one..." kinda thing.

    Absolutely love this content. Which system can pull the neighborhood phone numbers? I am using everybodyanswers but not many numbers. In some cases, no numbers :(
