I’m actually happy they, especially Rick, came back for him instead of just getting a new Jerry. Really shows how much Jerry has grown and how much Rick has grown to appreciate him. They may not be a perfect family, but they’re probably the strongest Rick family out there!

Maybe this means that after the reset you get sent back to your reality at the location where you last left it. Did anyone else notice that as soon as Rick and Morty blind hopped they started trying to take care of themselves and survive and adapt? Whereas Jerryboree Jerry just kind of tried to quietly re-assimilate into his Jerry position within the family?
I guess he didn't expect the family to care enough to retrieve him since he got switched before and nobody seemed to care. Jerry is basically the human embodiment of "get in where you fit in".
It's kind of hard to tell if he did, as this is his only scene with Season 2 family. It could be him processing all of this and thinking, "Holy shit, did my family used to be like THIS?"
Well in a way he did adapt. He just didn't need to survive like Morty did and since he didn't know where to go or what to do like Rick did. His best option was to just stay put and hope that someone might come get him or he would transport back.
I think we all can agree for the first time in Jerry's life that he got the W especially over the abuse that he had for that amount of time well received I actually proud of Jerry for standing up for himself for the first time now this is what I call a character progression and I love it I think this was well deserved

Jerry is probably one of the best characters on the show, he may be a loser but people overlook how he genuinely cares for his family and can be a badass like the time he defeated the Meseeks, the time he rescued Beth from a mantis person, or all the times he's stood up for himself, probably one of the best and the most well developed and real characters on the shiw
He does not care about his family, this has been proven in different episodes, Prime Jerry was just too badass. But I like that he is less of a loser than in season 3 and actually stands his ground now. I disliked him a lot because he was too much of a punching bag, but now he has more confidence.

Seems like in this season, Jerry is getting the respect he deserves. Rick isn't hating on him as much, Summer is starting to respect her father and Beth is working our her marriage with him. This is gonna be awesome season!

I like how the show has to subtly admit here, that we probably won’t be swapping out members of the family, anymore. They easily could have gotten any other Jerry, but they went and got this one. This is our THIRD Jerry. I mean, yeah, they were once literally indistinguishable, but the events of season 3 have made it so that you can’t just take these people from any other dimension, these versions of them have had extremely unique experiences, and even though that shouldn’t be possible, it is.
Thats so cute how they went for their jerry. It shows how very important is working on a relationship, bonding and all. They became their own family even thou they are all from different timelines. The important thing is they build their own relationship togehter. So this jerry is basically their jerry. Its really sweet to know that rick made his own family finally and not just a random npc-s to fill the void 😍😍🥳🥳😚

This scene defies Rick's philosophy. Infinity doesn't mean lack of meaning. If Jerry was as infininetly replacable as earlier seasons showed, this wouldn't play as it does. If nothing matters, anything you care for, matters.
