Even though Jerry jones hired a nobody to me, I’m starting to doubt that Kellen Moore Joe Brady or Kliff Would even take this job. Those guys are all to elite for Mickey Loomis to consider running the team.
If he's not ready to be a HC, I hope he stays on as OC. Fans don't realize how important continuity is for the QB and the OL. Yes, if you luck out and a pick up an OC who's philosophy matches perfectly with the players on hand, it can be turned around pretty quickly. Same thing with defense. If you have a bunch of man coverage defenders, you don't want to hire a zone oriented DC, bc that means the defense won't be very good for at least a year or so while they cycle new players in who fit the scheme. By the time the DC has the players he wants to run his system, he's getting fired 😂. It still amazes me when newly hired HC's bring in coordinators who don't match the personnel. Next HC would be wise to keep KS and bring in a DC with a similar philosophy to DA.
I guess you could add joe brady to that. But I feel like we end up with rizz and we retain klint. And im good with that as an outcome. Just change our defense get some depth in the trenches and another threat on offense.
@@geoffhoutman1557well, that has a lot to do with injuries. No one was going to make the pro bowl with the OL starting practice squad players who were on a different team the week before 😅. No time to throw, no holes to run through= no pro bowls. If saints shore up the OL this off-season, retain KS, and get a true #1 WR, the offense could be a juggernaut.
@@jessegardner134 D players could have, but none did. Tells us a lot about Loomis's roster building skills. If we can get a decent OC and an above good QB (and of course couple more O line players) the O could be good again
No man, Bobby was constantly calling predictable and or stupid plays. There was a stretch where the Texans didn't score a second half offensive touchdown for multiple weeks. Stuff like putting your TE who can't block one on one with a edge rusher and not adjusting when he gets beat again and again. My personal favorite of his was running wr screen 4, 5 times a game when the most you got out of it was like 2 yards.
@joemomma7993 how do you go from this great OC year one to being stupid? Seems like the fall guy to me Texans didn't have the season they thought. Year 3 will tell alot about the Texans
Ye i dont think those old guys would want to watch the young guys run their system while they just coordinate. Most of these young coaches. Systems come from the grudens. The parcels the shanahans and so on.
Interesting take. I would be all for Gruden as OC. I'm hoping they promote KS and do exactly that. It would still be KS offense, but with Gruden advising. He was running some bleeding edge philosophies with Raiders, it wasn't like he brought his playbook from the 90's with him. Most fans don't know how much Gruden loves FB. He keeps up with all the trends, what works, what doesn't, manipulation of the rules, etc. He's truly a great coach and OC. Saints would be lucky to get him on board. For those still stuck on believing he's racist...... Former players and coaches of his have all vouched for him, saying that he doesn't have a racist bone in his body. He made fun of someone's lips, which has nothing to do with there skin color. I've known plenty of white ppl with goofy lips. Cancel culture just had to turn it into a race thing tho bc the dude was black. So apparently you can't make fun of someone else's facial features in a private message if they're a different race, or it's automatically racist. I bet if dude was Japanese, Puerto Rican, or hell even white, race never once gets brought up.
Kubiak should leave. Saints fans are terrible and trash talk all their players, coaches, front office and owner. Probably one of the reasons it's hard for you guys to find good coaches and good players wanting to go there.
@@Mack-ti9cy It's the fans fault for talking bad about everything about the Saints except the teams colors and logo. That is all I was saying. It makes me wonder if the opposite can be true. Thank you for bringing that up. Maybe the fans have some blame as well.
If Kubiak gets an offer he is leaving. The Saints don't have many HC candidates left, but the ONLY one that MIGHT keep Kubiak is Rizzi. Every other candidate is going to fire him and he knows it. He will take any offer he gets.
That’s the dumbest statement I’m not even from New Orleans but there’s literally a saying love New Orleans and they’ll love you back and embrace you Sean and Drew stayed for years getting lots of love but if these new guys ain’t cutting it the fans ain’t gonna bite there tongues either kubiaks good he’s just not good at second half adjustments it’s clear to see great first half’s terrible second half’s
@@ACAMPS.HITHOUSE Yea it's real dumb to think that moving your family to a place with really hot, muggy, horrible weather, where the owner recently fired the HC without the GMs approval (shows unity), where they bad mouth players like Kamara and Lattimore (Saints all time greats?), with horrible cap situation and not a lot of good draft picks coming up... There are more reasons but why would the best in their field want to move to work somewhere like that? If I am a top head coach candidate, I don't choose the Saints. They will regret this. He was the biggest part of their 2023 success on offense
This is your best video yet...
You were right! Seahawks picked Klink Kubiak up as our new OC. NICE CALL!!
joe brady had opted out of head coaching this year.
And Liam Coen withdrew from the Jags search....
@ looks like big mike is coming to town
Another thing is wow bc he was actually pretty close to Demeco.
Hell get him and keep clint and nab that fella with Miami as our dc keep rizz too

In house issue for sure. Probably had a disagreement with the Head coach.
What do you think of Aaron Kromer?
6klint going to stay

I think if news comes out that klint declines anything its saying were trying to keep him which means hes hc or were keeping rizz.
Klint has not interviewed with the Saints for HC so I'm not sure where you came up with that from
To the people calling this a bad move: what was wrong with the Texans offense that wasn’t Slowik’s fault?
Fwiw, Houston fans want an experienced OC. McCarthy or Kelly are the popular names.
He is already with San Francisco now
Watch him end up in tampa
Talking about slowik.
If Kubiak goes there and balls, you've got to laugh
If that happens, what does that say about the Saint's talent level?
I think zero pro bowlers already told us that

McCarthy or chip as OC
Promote klint to head coach simple
So CJ stroud doesn't have a great 2nd season so Bobby slowik is the fall guy

Come to New Orleans

Does he become a candidate ? I like McCarthy and gruden as the oc . Bring in the old guys and go for it with Carr. Take a wr at 9 and let it rip .
absolutely not that would be horrible, are you living 20 years ago
